Ejidatarios de Kimbil\u00e1 manifestaron sus dudas sobre el proceder del due\u00f1o de la hacienda \u201cSan Jos\u00e9\u201d que anex\u00f3 34 hect\u00e1reas de tierras que presuntamente forman parte del n\u00facleo agrario.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Las tierras en cuesti\u00f3n son explotadas por una constructora privada que suministra material p\u00e9treo para la construcci\u00f3n de las v\u00edas del proyecto del Tren Maya.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-100079\" src=\"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/03\/EJIDATARIOS_KIMBILA_1-scaled.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"768\" height=\"373\" justify;\">La reuni\u00f3n fue presidida por el actual comisario ejidal, Alfonso Armando May Chan quien pidi\u00f3 la intervenci\u00f3n legal de la Procuradur\u00eda Agraria que, por lo que se observ\u00f3 estaba m\u00e1s del lado del propietario de la hacienda, ya que, incluso, los funcionarios federales pidieron que se presente la carpeta b\u00e1sica del ejido para dilucidar sobre la propiedad de la superficie en duda.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Empleados de Fonatur exhortaron proceder con cautela para que no se genere un conflicto que ponga en riesgo la fecha de inauguraci\u00f3n del proyecto del Tren Maya.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-100081\" justify;\">Al final, los ejidatarios hicieron notar que para trasladar el material que se extrae se utilizan caminos vecinales que se encuentran en terrenos de uso com\u00fan del ejido.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Advirtieron que de no aclararse la situaci\u00f3n podr\u00edan solicitar que se suspenda la explotaci\u00f3n de dicho banco de
