Naci\u00f3n (SCJN) declar\u00f3 inv\u00e1lida la reforma del Congreso que transfer\u00eda al Ej\u00e9rcito el control operativo y administrativo de la Guardia Nacional (GN), un cuerpo policial que fue creado originalmente como una corporaci\u00f3n de car\u00e1cter civil.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-91873\" src=\"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/09\/GUARDIA-NACIONAL_AMLO_CUARTOOSCURO-scaled.jpeg\" alt=\"\" width=\"768\" height=\"513\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La Suprema Corte de Justicia ech\u00f3 atr\u00e1s la reforma este martes con el voto de ocho de los 11 ministros, el m\u00ednimo requerido para que el m\u00e1ximo tribunal mexicano declare la inconstitucionalidad de una norma.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Los ministros Arturo Zald\u00edvar, Yasm\u00edn Esquivel y Loretta Ortiz se opusieron al proyecto y expresaron posturas a favor de que la Guardia Nacional permanezca bajo el mando castrense de la Secretar\u00eda de la Defensa Nacional (Sedena), como estableci\u00f3 la reforma aprobada por la mayor\u00eda oficialista en el Congreso de la Uni\u00f3n en 2022.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Con la resoluci\u00f3n judicial de este martes, la GN deber\u00e1 volver a quedar bajo el control absoluto de la Secretar\u00eda de Seguridad y Protecci\u00f3n Ciudadana (SSPC), la instituci\u00f3n civil que, conforme el art\u00edculo 21 de la Constituci\u00f3n, debe hacerse cargo de las tareas de seguridad
