La denuncia inform\u00f3 que se abrieron caminos en terrenos con vegetaci\u00f3n de matorral de duna costera y se instalaron estructuras de geotubos tipo espig\u00f3n en los terrenos del proyecto sin la autorizaci\u00f3n correspondiente.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La Profepa hab\u00eda establecido condiciones en materia de impacto ambiental a trav\u00e9s de un resolutivo emitido por la Secretar\u00eda de Medio Ambiente y Recursos Naturales (Semarnat). Una visita de verificaci\u00f3n realizada en marzo de 2023 confirm\u00f3 que se cumpli\u00f3 con lo establecido en el acuerdo y que no hab\u00eda otra actividad no autorizada. Sin embargo, en otra visita de inspecci\u00f3n en materia de impacto ambiental, se constat\u00f3 que se instalaron 50 tubos geotextiles sin seguir los criterios y especificaciones establecidos por la autoridad normativa, lo que pudo haber causado da\u00f1os o deterioro grave a los recursos naturales.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-101125 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/04\/Geotubos1.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"600\" height=\"337\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Por esta raz\u00f3n, se tom\u00f3 la medida de clausurar temporalmente las actividades del proyecto. Es importante se\u00f1alar que en la zona solo se cuenta con autorizaci\u00f3n para la lotificaci\u00f3n y que cada persona que compre un lote requiere realizar los tr\u00e1mites correspondientes para poder construir. Las autorizaciones no consideran la instalaci\u00f3n de los geotubos, es decir, no cuentan con la autorizaci\u00f3n correspondiente en materia de impacto ambiental.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Se reitera la importancia de respetar las leyes y regulaciones ambientales para proteger los ecosistemas costeros, que son de gran importancia para la supervivencia de diversas especies. La Profepa est\u00e1 trabajando para asegurar el cumplimiento de las normas ambientales y garantizar la conservaci\u00f3n de la biodiversidad a largo
