{"id":101597,"date":"2023-05-01T14:26:07","date_gmt":"2023-05-01T20:26:07","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/?p=101597"},"modified":"2023-05-01T14:26:07","modified_gmt":"2023-05-01T20:26:07","slug":"reducir-jornada-laboral-podria-ser-contraproducente-advierten","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/reducir-jornada-laboral-podria-ser-contraproducente-advierten\/","title":{"rendered":"Reducir jornada laboral podr\u00eda ser contraproducente, advierten"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Advierten sobre las posibles consecuencias negativas de la propuesta para reducir la jornada laboral y agregar un d\u00eda de descanso en M\u00e9xico.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El presidente del Congreso del Trabajo en Yucat\u00e1n, Pedro Oxt\u00e9 Conrado, asegur\u00f3 que aunque la medida de reducir las horas laborales parece atractiva, muchas empresas, especialmente las micro, peque\u00f1as y medianas empresas, no podr\u00edan sostener esta medida y se ver\u00edan obligadas a despedir a cientos o incluso miles de trabajadores.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Oxt\u00e9 Conrado pidi\u00f3 a los legisladores que analicen detenidamente las consecuencias antes de aprobar cualquier reforma al art\u00edculo 123 de la Constituci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-101598 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/05\/Dia-del-Trabajo-scaled.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"602\" height=\"339\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El l\u00edder sindical tambi\u00e9n destac\u00f3 la importancia de mantener intactos los salarios y garantizar la igualdad salarial entre hombres y mujeres. Adem\u00e1s, hizo un llamado a los l\u00edderes sindicales para apoyar la profesionalizaci\u00f3n de los trabajadores y fomentar la cultura sindical entre los j\u00f3venes. Tambi\u00e9n resalt\u00f3 la importancia de mantener los derechos de los trabajadores para mejorar la situaci\u00f3n laboral en el pa\u00eds.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En el marco del D\u00eda Internacional del Trabajo, trabajadores yucatecos urgieron a las autoridades a prestar atenci\u00f3n a los principales problemas que enfrenta el sector laboral, incluyendo el registro de asociaciones ante las autoridades federales y la recuperaci\u00f3n del poder adquisitivo de los salarios en relaci\u00f3n con el aumento de los precios de los productos b\u00e1sicos.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Vicente L\u00f3pez Carde\u00f1a, integrante del Consejo del Trabajo y l\u00edder del Sindicato Nacional de Trabajadores de la Secretar\u00eda de Salud (SNTSA), tambi\u00e9n subray\u00f3 la importancia de mantener a salvo los derechos de los trabajadores y fortalecer el trabajo en equipo para mejorar la sociedad y el estado.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\"
