{"id":101851,"date":"2023-05-09T18:13:13","date_gmt":"2023-05-10T00:13:13","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/?p=101851"},"modified":"2023-05-09T18:13:13","modified_gmt":"2023-05-10T00:13:13","slug":"monserrat-ruiz-ombudsperson-por-un-dia","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/monserrat-ruiz-ombudsperson-por-un-dia\/","title":{"rendered":"Monserrat Ruiz, Ombudsperson por un d\u00eda"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En el marco de la Semana Scout, la Caminante, Monserrat Ruiz \u00c1lvarez del Grupo 12 Pawaht\u00fan de Um\u00e1n, tom\u00f3 protesta como presidenta de la Comisi\u00f3n de Derechos Humanos del Estado de Yucat\u00e1n al ganar con su proyecto \u201cHuertos Milenarios\u201d que tiene como objetivo fomentar la agricultura dom\u00e9stica y el cuidado del ambiente.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El presidente de la CODHEY, Miguel Sabido Santana tom\u00f3 protesta a la estudiante del Colegio de Bachilleres de Um\u00e1n e integrante del Grupo Scout de M\u00e9xico, Provincia Yucat\u00e1n como Ombudsperson por un d\u00eda y a quien le entreg\u00f3 la insignia de la Comisi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_101849\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-101849\" style=\"width: 768px\" class=\"wp-caption alignnone\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-101849\" src=\"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/05\/CODHEY_SCOUT_1-scaled.jpeg\" alt=\"\" width=\"768\" height=\"456\" \/><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-101849\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Foto Oficial<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La joven, originaria de Um\u00e1n, tambi\u00e9n hizo entrega a Sabido Santana de una pa\u00f1oleta del Grupo 12 Pawaht\u00fan de Um\u00e1n, prenda que result\u00f3 ganadora del concurso nacional por su dise\u00f1o con motivos mayas.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En su mensaje, el presidente de la CODHEY destac\u00f3 la labor que realizan los scouts al promover entre las y los j\u00f3venes el cuidado del ambiente, as\u00ed como la promoci\u00f3n y defensa de los derechos humanos.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Por su parte, el presidente de la Provincia Yucat\u00e1n, Ricardo Paz Echeverr\u00eda resalt\u00f3 el orgullo de estar en la sede de la CODHEY acompa\u00f1ando a Monserrat, una joven digna representante del movimiento Scout que ha desarrollado proyectos en favor del ambiente.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Monserrat explic\u00f3 que su proyecto, denominado \u201cSeda Ya`ax Kaanche, un huerto milenario\u201d tiene como objetivo principal crear conciencia ambiental en la poblaci\u00f3n de Um\u00e1n y fomentar un estilo de vida relacionado con la agricultura dom\u00e9stica y el cuidado del medio ambiente.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_101850\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-101850\" style=\"width: 768px\" class=\"wp-caption alignnone\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-101850\" src=\"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/05\/CODHEY_SCOUT_2-scaled.jpeg\" alt=\"\" width=\"768\" height=\"479\" \/><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-101850\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Foto Oficial<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cEn este proyecto, brindamos cursos y actividades necesarias para lograr una ciudadan\u00eda con participaci\u00f3n activa en las actividades ambientales y recuperar las tradiciones relacionadas al cultivo de la regi\u00f3n\u201d, indic\u00f3<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Entre los m\u00faltiples objetivos se encuentran: tener una poblaci\u00f3n mejor alimentada y sana, ayudar a reducir el impacto ambiental que causa la producci\u00f3n masiva de alimentos, proporcionar alimentos variados para las familias durante todo el a\u00f1o y reducir los gastos en los alimentos.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Tambi\u00e9n se busca funcionar como un apoyo alimentario para aquellas familias con menores ingresos y motivar a la ciudadan\u00eda joven a que logren ser autosuficientes y de la mano cuidar el ambiente.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cAdem\u00e1s, queremos rescatar la cultura de la t\u00e9cnica tradicional de la agricultura y convertirla en un \u00e1mbito donde la sociedad vea que puede manejar la t\u00e9cnica de cuidar sus propios huertos como un pasatiempo. Buscamos concientizar a la gente sobre el da\u00f1o que se ha causado en el ecosistema natural de la regi\u00f3n y valorizar la figura del agricultor y la agricultura tradicional, rescatando la
