{"id":102291,"date":"2023-05-22T21:19:45","date_gmt":"2023-05-23T03:19:45","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/?p=102291"},"modified":"2023-05-22T21:19:45","modified_gmt":"2023-05-23T03:19:45","slug":"una-veintena-de-congresos-locales-aprueba-reforma-de-la-ley-3-de-3","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/una-veintena-de-congresos-locales-aprueba-reforma-de-la-ley-3-de-3\/","title":{"rendered":"Una veintena de Congresos locales aprueba reforma de la \u201cLey 3 de 3\u201d"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">CDMX. &#8211; El presidente de la C\u00e1mara de Diputados, Santiago Creel Miranda, se reuni\u00f3 con representantes de diversas asociaciones feministas, quienes le solicitaron promover que la Comisi\u00f3n Permanente apruebe el pr\u00f3ximo mi\u00e9rcoles la declaratoria de la reforma constitucional conocida como \u201cLey 3 de 3 contra la violencia\u201d.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Al respecto, el legislador inform\u00f3 que al d\u00eda de hoy se han recibido 20 notificaciones de igual n\u00famero de congresos locales que ya la aprobaron, y se espera que ma\u00f1ana se reciban otras, excepto los de aquellos que est\u00e1n en receso.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-102292\" src=\"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/05\/LEY-3-DE-3.jpeg\" alt=\"\" width=\"640\" height=\"426\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Creel Miranda indic\u00f3 que en este tema tambi\u00e9n existe el compromiso del presidente del Senado, Alejandro Armenta Mier. Los congresos que faltan por notificar son los de Sonora, Nayarit, Jalisco, Michoac\u00e1n, Aguascalientes, Quer\u00e9taro, San Luis Potos\u00ed, Nuevo Le\u00f3n, Hidalgo, Oaxaca, Chiapas y Campeche.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Previo al anuncio, el diputado presidente hizo tres reflexiones sobre la importancia de la declaratoria constitucional de dicha ley. La primera, dijo, esta reforma es constitucionalmente progresista, porque le da al coraz\u00f3n de la democracia en su avance para contener al poder arbitrario, por lo que resulta fundamental para los derechos humanos.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La segunda consideraci\u00f3n, indic\u00f3 Creel Miranda, es el significado pol\u00edtico de la reuni\u00f3n, pues en medio de la enorme polarizaci\u00f3n del pa\u00eds las diversas asociaciones de mujeres logran un acuerdo a trav\u00e9s del di\u00e1logo pol\u00edtico.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Finalmente, la tercera reflexi\u00f3n gir\u00f3 en torno a la necesidad de destinar recursos para la implementaci\u00f3n de la legislaci\u00f3n, ya que, sin ello, \u201cse ver\u00e1 severamente limitada\u201d, porque en la actualidad el Ministerio P\u00fablico tiene a su cargo 600 casos, adem\u00e1s de que solo el 4.2 por ciento de ellos est\u00e1 abocado al tema de la violencia contra las mujeres.<\/p>\n<p
