{"id":102330,"date":"2023-05-23T19:23:14","date_gmt":"2023-05-24T01:23:14","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/?p=102330"},"modified":"2023-05-23T19:23:14","modified_gmt":"2023-05-24T01:23:14","slug":"mil-personas-al-dia-tramitan-su-pasaporte-en-merida","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/mil-personas-al-dia-tramitan-su-pasaporte-en-merida\/","title":{"rendered":"Mil personas al d\u00eda tramitan su pasaporte en M\u00e9rida"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Reportan un incremento del 30% de solicitudes de citas para diversos tr\u00e1mites que se realizan en la Oficina de Pasaportes de M\u00e9rida, dependiente de la Secretar\u00eda de Relaciones Exteriores.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La titular de la oficina, Mariana Cruz Pool, inform\u00f3 que esto ocurri\u00f3 a ra\u00edz de la puesta en marcha del n\u00famero del llamado \u00abChatbot\u00bb, un n\u00famero de Whatsapp para efectuar tr\u00e1mites, el cual se uni\u00f3 a las opciones que las personas tienen para agendar citas en dicha oficina para realizar tr\u00e1mites diversos en materia de pasaportes.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-102333 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/05\/Pasaportes-scaled.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"594\" height=\"444\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Seg\u00fan la funcionaria federal, es la propia facilidad que las personas tienen para enviar un mensaje al n\u00famero 55 89 32 48 27 lo que agiliza el proceso de obtenci\u00f3n de citas.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00abAdem\u00e1s, es mucho m\u00e1s \u00e1gil, mucho m\u00e1s r\u00e1pido, lo que hace que el usuario platique con el Chatbot y, de 3 a 5 minutos, ya tienen su cita con nosotros para poder tramitar su pasaporte\u00bb, explic\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Actualmente, la Oficina de Pasaportes de M\u00e9rida atiende a mil personas por d\u00eda, aunque se recalc\u00f3 que la intenci\u00f3n es atender a cerca de 3 mil en los pr\u00f3ximos a\u00f1os.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00abEs una de las oficinas m\u00e1s grandes del pa\u00eds y estamos atendiendo a no solo gente de Yucat\u00e1n, sino que estamos atendiendo a los usuarios de Quintana Roo, Chiapas, Tabasco y Veracruz\u00bb, refiri\u00f3 Mariana Cruz.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Redacci\u00f3n\/ACOM<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Con la puesta en marcha del servicios de citas por Whatsapp, se registr\u00f3 un incremento del 30% de las solicitudes.
