{"id":102381,"date":"2023-05-24T19:15:59","date_gmt":"2023-05-25T01:15:59","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/?p=102381"},"modified":"2023-05-24T19:15:59","modified_gmt":"2023-05-25T01:15:59","slug":"un-total-de-19-legislaturas-locales-aprueban-reducir-edad-para-ocupar-un-cargo","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/un-total-de-19-legislaturas-locales-aprueban-reducir-edad-para-ocupar-un-cargo\/","title":{"rendered":"Un total de 19 Legislaturas locales aprueban reducir edad para ocupar un cargo"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">CDMX.- La Comisi\u00f3n Permanente del Congreso de la Uni\u00f3n declar\u00f3 aprobado el decreto que reforma los art\u00edculos 55 y 91 de la Constituci\u00f3n Pol\u00edtica, en materia de edad m\u00ednima para ocupar un cargo p\u00fablico.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El presidente de la Mesa Directiva, senador Alejandro Armenta Mier (Morena), expres\u00f3: \u201cA efecto de dar cumplimiento a lo que establece el art\u00edculo 135 de la Constituci\u00f3n Pol\u00edtica, y una vez computados los votos aprobatorios de la mayor\u00eda de las legislaturas de los estados y de la Ciudad de M\u00e9xico, la Comisi\u00f3n Permanente del Congreso de la Uni\u00f3n declara aprobado el decreto que reforma los art\u00edculos 55 y 91 de la Constituci\u00f3n Pol\u00edtica, en materia de edad m\u00ednima para ocupar un cargo p\u00fablico. Se remite al Diario Oficial de la Federaci\u00f3n para su publicaci\u00f3n\u201d.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-102382\" justify;\">Previamente, la secretar\u00eda de la Mesa Directiva inform\u00f3 que se recibieron 19 votos aprobatorios correspondientes a las legislaturas de Baja California, Campeche, Coahuila de Zaragoza, Colima, Chiapas, Durango, Guanajuato, Estado M\u00e9xico, Morelos, Nayarit, Puebla, Quintana Roo, Sinaloa, Tabasco, Tamaulipas, Tlaxcala, Veracruz de Ignacio de la Llave, Zacatecas y la Ciudad de M\u00e9xico.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La reforma establece en el art\u00edculo 55 que para ser diputado se requiere tener 18 a\u00f1os cumplidos el d\u00eda de la elecci\u00f3n, y en el art\u00edculo 91 precisa que para ser secretario de Estado se requiere ser ciudadano mexicano por nacimiento, estar en ejercicio de sus derechos y tener 25 a\u00f1os
