{"id":102662,"date":"2023-05-31T22:25:37","date_gmt":"2023-06-01T04:25:37","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/?p=102662"},"modified":"2023-05-31T22:25:37","modified_gmt":"2023-06-01T04:25:37","slug":"ya-hay-fiscal-autonomo-y-por-12-anos-para-yucatan","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/ya-hay-fiscal-autonomo-y-por-12-anos-para-yucatan\/","title":{"rendered":"Ya hay fiscal aut\u00f3nomo y por 12 a\u00f1os para Yucat\u00e1n"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Juan Manuel Le\u00f3n Le\u00f3n ya es fiscal aut\u00f3nomo de Yucat\u00e1n por 12 a\u00f1os y ya rindi\u00f3 protesta ante la Legislatura yucateca.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Durante la sesi\u00f3n, se aprob\u00f3 por mayor\u00eda los proyectos de dictamen de la comisi\u00f3n de Puntos Constitucionales y Gobernaci\u00f3n, y de Justicia y Seguridad P\u00fablica, que emite la terna de las candidatas y candidatos para ocupar el cargo de Fiscal General y de la Agencia de Inteligencia Patrimonial y Econ\u00f3mica, ambas del Estado.<br aria-hidden=\"true\" \/><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-102663\" src=\"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/05\/JUAN-LEON_FISCAL-scaled.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"768\" height=\"512\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><br aria-hidden=\"true\" \/>Sobre este punto, la diputada Carmen Gonz\u00e1lez Mart\u00edn indic\u00f3 que estos dict\u00e1menes son gracias al di\u00e1logo profesional de las y los diputados que dejan a un lado la radicalidad electoral, los intereses de grupo, la descalificaci\u00f3n personal, y ponemos en cada sesi\u00f3n el profesionalismo que les caracteriza y requiere el Congreso del Estado para beneficio de la ciudadan\u00eda.<br aria-hidden=\"true\" \/>\u00a0<br aria-hidden=\"true\" \/>En contra, la diputada Alejandra Novel\u00f3 Segura (Morena) se\u00f1al\u00f3 que la votaci\u00f3n de la Fracci\u00f3n Legislativa que representa ir\u00e1 en contra, pues las ternas enviadas fueron de personas allegadas al gobierno.<br aria-hidden=\"true\" \/>\u00a0<br aria-hidden=\"true\" \/>Con 21 votos, Olga Rosas Moya fue designada como titular de la Agencia de Inteligencia Patrimonial y Econ\u00f3mica del Estado.<br aria-hidden=\"true\" \/>\u00a0<br aria-hidden=\"true\" \/>Posteriormente con 22 votos, Le\u00f3n Le\u00f3n fue designado como Fiscal General del Estado. Luego, se llev\u00f3 a cabo la toma de compromiso constitucional.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Por otra parte, se aprob\u00f3 por unanimidad, el dictamen para modificar la Constituci\u00f3n
