Adem\u00e1s de castigos contra quien vandalice el servicio urbano de pasajeros, se aprobaron las reformas al C\u00f3digo Penal del Estado en materia de feminicidio en grado de tentativa.<\/p>\n
La diputada Karem Achach Ram\u00edrez asegur\u00f3 que esta iniciativa representa la lucha de las mujeres que han sobrevivido a un intento de feminicidio.<\/p>\n
Tambi\u00e9n se dio luz verde a los dict\u00e1menes para modificar diversas leyes del estado en materia de autonom\u00eda de la fiscal\u00eda y otros en materia electoral.<\/p>\n
La diputada Carmen Gonz\u00e1lez Mart\u00edn asegur\u00f3 que con estas acciones se sientan las bases del proceso electoral y se garantiza la certeza legal. La diputada Vida G\u00f3mez Herrera destac\u00f3 que, con la aprobaci\u00f3n del mismo, la legislatura dar\u00e1 su respaldo a todas las mujeres que quieran hacer valer sus derechos.<\/p>\n
En cuanto al dictamen para reformar la Ley de Instituciones y Procedimientos Electorales del Estado en materia de fortalecimiento del Instituto Electoral y de Participaci\u00f3n Ciudadana, la diputada Karla Franco Blanco expres\u00f3 que este dictamen tiene como objetivo eliminar cualquier ambig\u00fcedad o discrecionalidad que atente contra la imparcialidad del IEPAC.<\/p>\n
Por \u00faltimo, se aprob\u00f3 por unanimidad declarar Patrimonio Cultural Intangible del Estado la Parter\u00eda Tradicional Maya.
