el nuevo Infonavit porque ahora ofrece cr\u00e9ditos con tasas de inter\u00e9s justas y sin aumentos anuales, destac\u00f3 el secretario General y Jur\u00eddico de la instituci\u00f3n, Rogerio Castro V\u00e1zquez.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Durante la entrega de viviendas en el fraccionamiento \u00abAmaneceres\u00bb en Kanas\u00edn, el funcionario federal resalt\u00f3 que el Infonavit ha cambiado y ahora se encuentra del lado del pueblo, atendiendo sus verdaderas necesidades.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_103807\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-103807\" style=\"width: 768px\" class=\"wp-caption alignnone\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-103807 size-full\" title=\"NUEVO INFONAVIT \" personas que ya no cotizan, pr\u00e9stamos sin inter\u00e9s y cr\u00e9ditos especiales para polic\u00edas, entre otros logros.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Castro V\u00e1zquez destac\u00f3 la buena coordinaci\u00f3n entre los sectores empresarial, de trabajadores y gobierno, lo cual ha permitido que el Infonavit se transforme para brindar cada vez m\u00e1s beneficios a las familias.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Durante la visita, Castro V\u00e1zquez y Rodrigo Guti\u00e9rrez Porter Villegas, subdirector General de Cr\u00e9dito, simb\u00f3licamente entregaron las llaves de sus casas a tres beneficiarios en el fraccionamiento \u00abAmaneceres\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Esta zona cuenta con todos los servicios y ofrece innovaciones como un parque central con \u00e1reas verdes y zonas comunes para el disfrute de los residentes.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Nuevo Infonavit<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Esto es posible gracias a las Nuevas Reglas de Car\u00e1cter General que establecen requisitos para los desarrolladores, como el uso de materiales de calidad y la ubicaci\u00f3n en \u00e1reas con escuelas, conectividad, supermercados y paradas de autob\u00fas, entre otros.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El objetivo es asegurar una mejor calidad de vida para las familias.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El Infonavit, como instituci\u00f3n tripartita con representantes del gobierno, empresarios y trabajadores, ha logrado implementar estas reglas por unanimidad.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Castro V\u00e1zquez reconoci\u00f3 el apoyo de los empresarios en la mejora de la calidad de las viviendas.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Durante la visita a Yucat\u00e1n, ambos funcionarios entregaron 12 tarjetas de los programas Mejoravit y MejOra S\u00ed, que est\u00e1n recibiendo un mayor impulso.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Estos programas ofrecen opciones para las personas que desean realizar modificaciones en sus hogares y no necesitan un cr\u00e9dito hipotecario.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em><strong>Te puede interesar:
