ha sido presentado ante un Juez en Ticul, acusado de maltrato y crueldad hacia un animal dom\u00e9stico.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Los hechos ocurrieron el 2 de junio, cuando fue sorprendido arrastrando a una perrita atada a su motocicleta en las calles de la localidad.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-104016 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/07\/MALTRATO-Y-CRUELDAD-ANIMAL_TICUL-scaled-e1689912352792.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"618\" height=\"439\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El repudiable acto qued\u00f3 grabado en video por unos estudiantes que presenciaron el cruel trato al animal.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Gracias a la r\u00e1pida acci\u00f3n de la Polic\u00eda Municipal de Ticul, el sujeto fue localizado, arrestado y la perrita fue rescatada.<\/p>\n<h3>Denuncia por maltrato y crueldad animal<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Tras interponer la denuncia correspondiente ante la Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado, se llevaron a cabo las primeras indagatorias y se someti\u00f3 al detenido a una valoraci\u00f3n psiqui\u00e1trica.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Los resultados indicaron que el sujeto se encontraba dentro de lo que se considera \u00abnormal\u00bb en t\u00e9rminos de salud mental, por lo que su caso qued\u00f3 en manos del Juez de Control del Tercer Distrito.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En el d\u00eda de hoy, se retom\u00f3 el proceso legal contra F.J.Ch.R., quien ha sido imputado por el delito de crueldad animal.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La audiencia para determinar su vinculaci\u00f3n a proceso ha sido programada para el pr\u00f3ximo 25 de julio.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">A pesar de no ser enviado a prisi\u00f3n, se han aplicado medidas cautelares al acusado, entre las cuales se incluyen la obligaci\u00f3n de acudir peri\u00f3dicamente a firmar, la presentaci\u00f3n de una garant\u00eda econ\u00f3mica y la prohibici\u00f3n de salir del Estado sin autorizaci\u00f3n judicial.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Estas medidas se mantendr\u00e1n en vigor hasta que se dicte la sentencia.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El caso ha generado indignaci\u00f3n y repudio entre
