{"id":104076,"date":"2023-07-23T19:32:32","date_gmt":"2023-07-24T01:32:32","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/?p=104076"},"modified":"2023-07-23T19:32:32","modified_gmt":"2023-07-24T01:32:32","slug":"investigan-a-director-del-imss-de-uman-tras-tragico-caso","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/investigan-a-director-del-imss-de-uman-tras-tragico-caso\/","title":{"rendered":"Investigan a Director del IMSS de Um\u00e1n tras tr\u00e1gico caso"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El doctor Jhonatan Reyes Batista, director del IMSS de Um\u00e1n, enfrentar\u00e1 una investigaci\u00f3n por presunta negligencia m\u00e9dica debido a un tr\u00e1gico incidente en el que se dej\u00f3 al cuerpo de un menor dentro de su madre durante cuatro d\u00edas despu\u00e9s de su fallecimiento.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Los hechos ocurrieron a partir del pasado jueves 20 del presente mes, cuando la se\u00f1ora Bitelia A.C., de 30 a\u00f1os de edad, lleg\u00f3 al hospital de Um\u00e1n acompa\u00f1ada de su esposo Wilberth R. La mujer presentaba fuertes dolores en el est\u00f3mago debido a su embarazo. Tras ser atendida, se le inform\u00f3 que su beb\u00e9 hab\u00eda fallecido dentro de ella, aparentemente debido a que el cord\u00f3n umbilical se hab\u00eda atorado en el cuello del feto. Los m\u00e9dicos indicaron que deb\u00eda permanecer en cama hasta que el beb\u00e9 saliera de manera natural.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Sin embargo, con el paso de las horas, la mujer present\u00f3 fiebre y posteriormente desarroll\u00f3 una infecci\u00f3n. Los familiares solicitaron una intervenci\u00f3n quir\u00fargica para extraer el cuerpo del beb\u00e9, pero el director del IMSS de Um\u00e1n, el doctor Jhonatan Reyes Batista, se neg\u00f3 y prohibi\u00f3 el ingreso de los familiares al hospital.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-104078\" src=\"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/07\/Negligencia-medica2-scaled.jpg\" alt=\"Investigan a Director del IMSS de Um\u00e1n tras tr\u00e1gico caso\" width=\"600\" height=\"338\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ante esta situaci\u00f3n, Wilberth R. decidi\u00f3 presentar una denuncia ante la Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado por negligencia m\u00e9dica y para responsabilizar al doctor del estado de salud de su esposa.<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Mujer bajo vigilancia debido a la infecci\u00f3n<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La Fiscal\u00eda, bajo la averiguaci\u00f3n previa UNATD\/104\/2023, asisti\u00f3 al Instituto de Salud el domingo cerca de las 11 de la ma\u00f1ana para entrevistarse con el doctor Reyes Batista y solicitar el cuerpo del infante, pero este se neg\u00f3 a entregarlo. Fue hasta la llegada de un m\u00e9dico legista de la FGE, quien certific\u00f3 el estado de salud de la mujer, que se solicit\u00f3 una ces\u00e1rea para extraer el cuerpo del beb\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Te interesa:\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/nacio-grave-asegura-el-imss-sobre-caso-de-recien-nacida-fallecida-en-la-t1\/\">Naci\u00f3 grave, asegura el IMSS sobre caso de beb\u00e9 fallecida en la T1<\/a><\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La Fiscal\u00eda recibi\u00f3 el cuerpo y traslad\u00f3 el cad\u00e1ver a los servicios forenses para realizar la autopsia y determinar las verdaderas causas del fallecimiento del menor. Mientras tanto, las autoridades investigar\u00e1n al doctor Jhonatan Reyes Batista en el curso de las indagaciones.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-104079\" src=\"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/07\/Negligencia-medica1-scaled.jpg\" alt=\"Investigan a Director del IMSS de Um\u00e1n tras tr\u00e1gico caso\" width=\"600\" height=\"338\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La mujer permanecer\u00e1 bajo vigilancia durante la noche y parte del d\u00eda debido a la infecci\u00f3n y anemia que presenta.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Adem\u00e1s de este tr\u00e1gico incidente, otras personas han expresado que la atenci\u00f3n en el IMSS de Um\u00e1n es deficiente, con falta de insumos y un trato poco amable por parte del personal. Esta situaci\u00f3n ha generado preocupaci\u00f3n y cuestionamientos sobre la calidad del servicio en esta
