El Instituto Mexicano del Seguro Social (IMSS) inform\u00f3 que, en relaci\u00f3n al caso de la mujer embarazada que perdi\u00f3 al producto antes de nacer, recibi\u00f3 atenci\u00f3n oportuna<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

En un comunicado aclaratorio, la instituci\u00f3n dio a conocer su versi\u00f3n de los hechos registrados en el Hospital General de Subzona (HGSZ) No. 46.<\/p>\n

La derechohabiente acudi\u00f3 al \u00e1rea de Urgencias de Um\u00e1n preocupada por la falta de movimientos fetales propios de su embarazo.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Atenci\u00f3n oportuna<\/h3>\n

El m\u00e9dico a cargo respondi\u00f3 a esta situaci\u00f3n tomando medidas inmediatas y realizando estudios de ultrasonido, los cuales lamentablemente confirmaron la ausencia de frecuencia card\u00edaca en el producto.<\/p>\n

Seg\u00fan la informaci\u00f3n oficial, en ese mismo momento, el doctor comunic\u00f3 la noticia a la paciente.<\/p>\n

Tras el diagn\u00f3stico, la paciente fue ingresada a hospitalizaci\u00f3n de Gineco-Obstetricia, donde recibi\u00f3 una atenci\u00f3n especializada en l\u00ednea con las Gu\u00edas de Pr\u00e1ctica Cl\u00ednica, las cuales priorizan el bienestar y la salud materna en casos como este.<\/p>\n

A pesar de los esfuerzos m\u00e9dicos, la paciente no respondi\u00f3 al tratamiento; por consiguiente, debido a su estado de salud, el d\u00eda 23 de julio se decidi\u00f3 llevar a cabo un procedimiento quir\u00fargico con el fin de brindarle una intervenci\u00f3n terap\u00e9utica adecuada.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Actualmente, la paciente se encuentra hospitalizada bajo constante vigilancia y recibe atenci\u00f3n m\u00e9dica ininterrumpida.<\/p>\n

Colaboraci\u00f3n con el Ministerio P\u00fablico<\/h3>\n

En un acto de cooperaci\u00f3n, el IMSS en Yucat\u00e1n est\u00e1 trabajando conjuntamente con la autoridad ministerial, proporcionando toda la informaci\u00f3n requerida.<\/p>\n

De esta manera, la instituci\u00f3n sali\u00f3 al paso de los se\u00f1alamientos de la familia de la mujer que denunciaron un presunto caso de negligencia m\u00e9dica.<\/p>\n
