{"id":104538,"date":"2023-08-09T15:19:44","date_gmt":"2023-08-09T21:19:44","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/?p=104538"},"modified":"2023-08-09T15:19:44","modified_gmt":"2023-08-09T21:19:44","slug":"descartan-sesgo-politico-en-auditorias-municipales-yucatecas","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/descartan-sesgo-politico-en-auditorias-municipales-yucatecas\/","title":{"rendered":"Descartan sesgo pol\u00edtico en auditor\u00edas municipales yucatecas"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"elementToProof\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span class=\"ContentPasted0\">Descartan sesgo pol\u00edtico en los procedimientos que se realizan en las auditor\u00edas que se realizan a municipios yucatecos, afirmaron legisladores locales.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"elementToProof\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">Luego de que se reiteraran responsabilidades penales al alcalde y funcionarios de Motul, por incumplimientos en sus auditor\u00edas, el presidente de la Comisi\u00f3n de Vigilancia de la Cuenta P\u00fablica del Congreso de Yucat\u00e1n, Erik Rihani Gonz\u00e1lez, refiri\u00f3 que todos los procesos se realizan apegados a la ley, por lo que descart\u00f3 que esto tenga un tinte pol\u00edtico.<\/p>\n<div class=\"elementToProof\">\n<p class=\"ContentPasted0 elementToProof\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00abNosotros lo que hicimos, en el congreso, fue validar que las auditor\u00edas que se realizaron no tuvieran sesgo pol\u00edtico, que se realicen apegadas a la ley y eso fue lo que sucedi\u00f3. De la misma manera, la Auditor\u00eda Superior del Estado de Yucat\u00e1n, cuando llega a un punto de su investigaci\u00f3n, la traslada, si detecta que hay un da\u00f1o patrimonial y creo que est\u00e1 en manos de las autoridades, de la Fiscal\u00eda Anticorrupci\u00f3n, llegar al fin de ello\u00bb, explic\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-104539 vinculaci\u00f3n a proceso de alcalde de Motul<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Sobre la reciente vinculaci\u00f3n a proceso del alcalde de Motul, Roger Aguilar, el legislador se dijo respetuoso del proceso que se sigue, al tiempo que, afirm\u00f3, ser\u00e1 el juez quien determine si hubo o no una verdadera afectaci\u00f3n al erario p\u00fablico.<\/p>\n<p class=\"ContentPasted0 elementToProof\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">Si bien este ser\u00eda el primer presidente municipal que enfrenta un juicio penal estando en funciones, recalc\u00f3 que la Auditor\u00eda Superior del estado contin\u00faa con las revisiones en otras demarcaciones, por lo que no descarta que otras autoridades municipales tengan que enfrentar procesos por incumplir sus obligaciones.<\/p>\n<p class=\"ContentPasted0 elementToProof\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00abLa Asey est\u00e1 abordando varios temas que los distintos entes est\u00e1n siguiendo, trasladando algunos a la Auditor\u00eda de la Federaci\u00f3n y otros a fiscal\u00edas estatales y federales, avanzando a trav\u00e9s de diversos canales\u00bb, explic\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Te
