{"id":105497,"date":"2023-09-13T22:24:33","date_gmt":"2023-09-14T04:24:33","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/?p=105497"},"modified":"2023-09-13T22:24:33","modified_gmt":"2023-09-14T04:24:33","slug":"ya-hay-terna-para-fiscal-anticorrupcion-de-yucatan","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/ya-hay-terna-para-fiscal-anticorrupcion-de-yucatan\/","title":{"rendered":"Ya hay terna para fiscal anticorrupci\u00f3n de Yucat\u00e1n"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El Ejecutivo del Estado envi\u00f3 al Poder Legislativo la propuesta de terna para designar a la persona que ocupar\u00e1 el cargo de titular de la Fiscal\u00eda Especializada en Combate a la Corrupci\u00f3n, la cual se encuentra vacante ante la renuncia de <a href=\"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/congreso-estatal-confirma-renuncia-de-jose-enrique-goff\/\">Jos\u00e9 Enrique Goff.<\/a><br aria-hidden=\"true\" \/><\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-105498\" src=\"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/09\/fiscall-scaled.jpg\" alt=\"fiscal anticorrupci\u00f3n \" width=\"626\" height=\"377\" \/>Dafne Danae Pi\u00f1a Santos<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La terna propuesta por el Ejecutivo estatal para ocupar el cargo de fiscal anticorrupci\u00f3n est\u00e1 conformada por Dafne Danae Pi\u00f1a Santos, Francisco Rodr\u00edguez Aguilar y Carlos Alfonso Murillo K\u00fa, de entre quienes el <a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/congresodeyucatan\">Congreso local<\/a> elegir\u00e1 al que estar\u00e1 al frente de dicha Fiscal\u00eda.<br aria-hidden=\"true\" \/>\u00a0<br aria-hidden=\"true\" \/>Dafne Danae Pi\u00f1a Santos es Licenciada en Derecho por la Universidad Marista de M\u00e9rida y cuenta con diplomados en Propiedad Intelectual y Registro de Marcas por la misma universidad, as\u00ed como en Derecho Corporativo obtenido en la Universidad Aut\u00f3noma del Estado de Yucat\u00e1n (UADY).<br aria-hidden=\"true\" \/>\u00a0<br aria-hidden=\"true\" \/>Como parte de su experiencia profesional, Pi\u00f1a Santos ha laborado como directora de Enlace Institucional de la Direcci\u00f3n General y Jur\u00eddica y de Gobierno de la Secretar\u00eda General de Gobierno, as\u00ed como en el Departamento Jur\u00eddico de Grupo Industrial Xacur y del Instituto para el Desarrollo de la Cultura Maya (Indemaya).<br aria-hidden=\"true\" \/><\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\">Francisco Rodr\u00edguez Aguilar<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Por otro lado, Francisco Rodr\u00edguez Aguilar estudi\u00f3 la maestr\u00eda en Administraci\u00f3n P\u00fablica por la Universidad del Valle de M\u00e9xico (UVM), as\u00ed como en Derecho con opci\u00f3n en Fiscal por la UADY, y Licenciado en Derecho por la Universidad Modelo. Se ha desempe\u00f1ado como Jefe de Asuntos Jur\u00eddicos e Investigaci\u00f3n Administrativa \u201cC\u201d, adscrito a la Direcci\u00f3n de Asuntos Jur\u00eddicos e Investigaci\u00f3n Administrativa de la Secretar\u00eda de la Contralor\u00eda General y ha laborado como abogado particular.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0Carlos Alfonso Murillo K\u00fa<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Carlos Alfonso Murillo K\u00fa obtuvo un t\u00edtulo de maestr\u00eda en Administraci\u00f3n P\u00fablica de la Universidad An\u00e1huac Mayab y se gradu\u00f3 en Derecho en la UADY.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Se ha desempe\u00f1ado como Consejero de la Judicatura del Poder Judicial del Estado de Yucat\u00e1n, fue subdirector general de Auditoria Fiscal de la Agencia de Administraci\u00f3n Fiscal del Estado, Jefe del Departamento de Auditor\u00eda Interna de la Comisi\u00f3n Federal de Electricidad (CFE) Regi\u00f3n Peninsular.<br aria-hidden=\"true\" \/>\u00a0<br aria-hidden=\"true\" \/>Asimismo, ocup\u00f3 el cargo de Jefe de Oficina de la Gran Comisi\u00f3n del H. Congreso del Estado de Yucat\u00e1n y Asesor Jur\u00eddico de la Secretaria de Desarrollo Social (Sedesol) del Gobierno estatal, entre otros cargos en la iniciativa
