{"id":106205,"date":"2023-10-06T13:06:24","date_gmt":"2023-10-06T19:06:24","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/?p=106205"},"modified":"2023-10-06T13:06:24","modified_gmt":"2023-10-06T19:06:24","slug":"alumnos-participan-en-coloquio-por-el-bicentenario-del-congreso","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/alumnos-participan-en-coloquio-por-el-bicentenario-del-congreso\/","title":{"rendered":"Alumnos participan en coloquio por el bicentenario del Congreso"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Como parte de las actividades en conmemoraci\u00f3n de los 200 a\u00f1os del Congreso del Estado, se llev\u00f3 a cabo el coloquio \u201cBicentenario del Primer Congreso Constituyente de Yucat\u00e1n\u201d.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ante alumnos del CECYTEY Plantel 06, la diputada Dafne L\u00f3pez Osorio se\u00f1al\u00f3 que desde sus inicios el Congreso ha dejado huella a lo largo de la historia al promulgarse la primera Constituci\u00f3n Pol\u00edtica del Estado de Yucat\u00e1n.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cEste evento no solo sent\u00f3 las bases de nuestra organizaci\u00f3n pol\u00edtica y social, sino que represent\u00f3 la voluntad de un pueblo en busca de su autonom\u00eda y la construcci\u00f3n de un destino propio\u201d, agreg\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-106206\" src=\"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/10\/Coloquio-Congreso-scaled.jpg\" alt=\"Alumnos participan en coloquio por el bicentenario del Congreso\" width=\"600\" height=\"338\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Expres\u00f3 que los 200 a\u00f1os de recorrido legislativo representan hoy un Congreso en el que la participaci\u00f3n pol\u00edtica de las mujeres es una realidad, pues a lo largo de la historia se han encargado de alcanzar el reconocimiento y ejercicio de sus derechos pol\u00edticos.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cLa conmemoraci\u00f3n del Bicentenario nos invita a mirar atr\u00e1s y recordar nuestros logros, as\u00ed como a visualizar nuestro futuro trazando el camino que deseamos seguir. Quienes integramos la actual Legislatura, tenemos el deber de construir un Estado m\u00e1s pr\u00f3spero, justo y equitativo para las generaciones presentes y futuras. Sigamos trabajando juntos para hacer realidad ese anhelo\u201d, subray\u00f3 L\u00f3pez Osorio.<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Militares y sacerdotes<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El director del Instituto de Investigaciones Legislativas del Congreso, Mario Maldonado Espinosa coment\u00f3 que, como parte de la historia, los diputados que integraban el Congreso eran militares y sacerdotes de diferentes cargos, pues no hab\u00eda la separaci\u00f3n de iglesia-estado.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-106207\" src=\"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/10\/Coloquio-Congreso1-scaled.jpg\" alt=\"Alumnos participan en coloquio por el bicentenario del Congreso\" width=\"598\" height=\"337\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En su intervenci\u00f3n, Jos\u00e9 Armando Chi Estrella, coordinador del Archivo Hist\u00f3rico del Gobierno del Estado, explico que la instauraci\u00f3n del Congreso Constituyente fue en funci\u00f3n de conformar los poderes.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Por su parte, el sacerdote Bartolom\u00e9 Tuz Mut coment\u00f3 que desde aquella \u00e9poca hab\u00eda la comuni\u00f3n entre la iglesia y el estado.<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Te interesa:\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/carlos-murillo-ku-nuevo-fiscal-anticorrupcion\/\">Carlos Murillo K\u00fa, nuevo fiscal anticorrupci\u00f3n<\/a><\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Finalmente, Mario Humberto Aguilar Poot, de la Universidad Aut\u00f3noma de Yucat\u00e1n, mencion\u00f3 la importancia de los primeros diputados que integraron el Primer Congreso Constituyente del Estado, que impulsaron esa Legislatura.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Agradeci\u00f3 que el Instituto de Investigaciones Legislativas del Congreso, honre el Bicentenario a trav\u00e9s de estas actividades acad\u00e9micas puesto que es cuna del parlamentarismo en Yucat\u00e1n y en el mundo.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El coloquio
