aspirante a magistratura del Tribunal de Bur\u00f3cratas"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Las comisiones unidas de Puntos Constitucionales y Gobernaci\u00f3n, y de Justicia y Seguridad P\u00fablica sostuvieron una reuni\u00f3n de trabajo con Ana Castillo Torres, a quien el Gobierno del Estado propuso como reemplazo de Gretel Escalante Rendis despu\u00e9s de que esta \u00faltima renunciara a la terna para una magistratura del Tribunal de Bur\u00f3cratas.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Al exponer los motivos por los cuales aspira a la magistratura, Ana Castillo asegur\u00f3 que, si los diputados la designan, ella promover\u00e1 la impartici\u00f3n de justicia y aplicar\u00e1 todos sus conocimientos y experiencia para que la soluci\u00f3n de conflictos sea r\u00e1pida y eficiente.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-106282 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/10\/Magistratura-scaled.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"598\" height=\"337\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cCumplo con los valores \u00e9ticos, morales y profesionales para ocupar el cargo, pues soy una persona trabajadora y honesta\u201d, agreg\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Luego de la comparecencia, en sesi\u00f3n de las comisiones unidas se aprob\u00f3 por mayor\u00eda el proyecto de dictamen en el que las y el aspirante al cargo de magistrada o magistrado cumple con los requisitos Rivera y Alejandro de Jes\u00fas Herrera Lazo, quienes figuran desde la primera propuesta enviada por el Ejecutivo Estatal para ocupar el cargo de la magistratura.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:
