{"id":106616,"date":"2023-10-21T13:19:26","date_gmt":"2023-10-21T19:19:26","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/?p=106616"},"modified":"2023-10-21T15:14:07","modified_gmt":"2023-10-21T21:14:07","slug":"sindicato-del-poder-judicial-denuncia-madruguete-a-trabajadores","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/sindicato-del-poder-judicial-denuncia-madruguete-a-trabajadores\/","title":{"rendered":"Sindicato del Poder Judicial denuncia \u00abmadruguete\u00bb a trabajadores"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Nuevas tensiones laborales han surgido en el <span style=\"text-decoration: underline; color: #0000ff;\"><strong><a style=\"color: #0000ff; text-decoration: underline;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.poderjudicialyucatan.gob.mx\">Poder Judicial de Yucat\u00e1n<\/a><\/strong><\/span>, pues el Sindicato \u00danico de Trabajadores del Poder Judicial denunci\u00f3 presuntas violaciones a los derechos laborales de sus miembros.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">El l\u00edder del sindicato, Ren\u00e1n Puc Ch\u00ed, denunci\u00f3 que el Poder Judicial busca implementar cambios que equivaldr\u00edan a un retroceso de siete a\u00f1os, amenazando con eliminar los avances que el sindicato ha logrado a lo largo de sus luchas.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Puc Ch\u00ed afirm\u00f3 que el Poder Judicial se resiste a respetar un acuerdo que involucra aspectos fundamentales, como la garant\u00eda de puestos laborales, renovaci\u00f3n de contratos, prevenci\u00f3n del despido injustificado, la prohibici\u00f3n de discriminaci\u00f3n y el mantenimiento del principio de igualdad salarial.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><strong>Lamentan indiferencia de autoridades del Poder Judicial<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u00abLamentamos la soberbia y prepotencia de las autoridades, quienes parecen no reconocer la importancia de respetar los derechos laborales y cumplir con su deber como defensores de la justicia\u00bb, subray\u00f3 Puc Ch\u00ed.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">El l\u00edder sindical tambi\u00e9n se\u00f1al\u00f3 que han insistido en la creaci\u00f3n de una Comisi\u00f3n de Asuntos Laborales, la cual deb\u00eda haber comenzado sus funciones en septiembre pasado. <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Sin embargo, mencion\u00f3 que hasta el momento, solo se les ha informado que esta comisi\u00f3n se encuentra en proceso de formaci\u00f3n.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-106618 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/10\/PODER-JUDICIAL-YUCATAN-scaled.jpg\" alt=\"poder judicial yucatan\" width=\"630\" height=\"411\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u00abPrecisamente, esta comisi\u00f3n tiene la responsabilidad de abordar asuntos como el aumento salarial y la negociaci\u00f3n de condiciones generales de trabajo\u00bb, explic\u00f3.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Ante esta situaci\u00f3n, Puc Ch\u00ed manifest\u00f3 su preocupaci\u00f3n por los retrasos y aparentes obstrucciones, y subray\u00f3 que el mandato de esta comisi\u00f3n est\u00e1 claramente estipulado en la Ley de los Trabajadores al Servicio del Estado. Por lo tanto, insisti\u00f3 en la necesidad de actuar de manera inmediata.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Este s\u00e1bado, se llevar\u00e1 a cabo una reuni\u00f3n con los delegados sindicales para discutir y acordar las acciones que se tomar\u00e1n para expresar la insatisfacci\u00f3n con la situaci\u00f3n actual en el Poder Judicial. <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">El objetivo principal es garantizar que esta preocupaci\u00f3n sea comunicada a la base trabajadora y se tomen las
