M\u00e1s de 500 trabajadores del Poder Judicial de Yucat\u00e1n podr\u00edan irse a huelga, ante la afectaci\u00f3n a sus derechos laborales.<\/p>\n

El secretario general del Sindicato \u00danico de Trabajadores del Poder Judicial del estado, Ren\u00e1n Puc Chi, dijo que desde hace m\u00e1s de un a\u00f1o no existe la atenci\u00f3n a diversas peticiones.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

Las principales son el otorgamiento de bases y el respeto a las condiciones generales del trabajo.<\/p>\n

\u201cNo se han dado bases desde hace 2 a\u00f1os, las convocatorias est\u00e1n estancadas. Hace 15 d\u00edas empezaron a recortar contratos, a pesar de que el Poder Judicial tiene disponibilidad presupuestaria\u201d.<\/p>\n

El l\u00edder de la agrupaci\u00f3n sindical lament\u00f3 que prevalezca la opacidad y falta de rendici\u00f3n de cuentas por parte del Consejo de la Judicatura estatal.<\/p>\n

Tampoco se logr\u00f3 la conformaci\u00f3n de las comisiones mixtas de condiciones generales y de escalaf\u00f3n, que debieron entrar en funciones en septiembre.<\/p>\n

Asimismo, unos 30 trabajadores han sido despedidos, a quienes no se les otorg\u00f3 las bases que les correspond\u00eda<\/p>\n

Adem\u00e1s, el Poder Judicial no ha informado sobre el destino de la partida de casi 200 millones de pesos para abrir 7 juzgados, los cuales no se han puesto en funcionamiento.<\/p>\n

Analizar\u00e1n irse a huelga<\/h3>\n

Debido a esto, adelant\u00f3 que el pr\u00f3ximo 28 de octubre se efectuar\u00e1 una asamblea del sindicato para poner a consideraci\u00f3n de los trabajadores la posibilidad de iniciar una huelga.<\/p>\n

\u201cEn su momento, fijar\u00edamos fecha para el estallamiento de la huelga\u201d, remarc\u00f3.<\/p>\n

De aprobarse, el sindicato formular\u00e1 el pliego petitorio y un escrito que presentar\u00e1 ante el Tribunal de los Trabajadores al Servicio del Estado.<\/p>\n

Dijo que se mantiene la disposici\u00f3n a que haya un di\u00e1logo abierto al di\u00e1logo con el Poder Judicial, siempre y cuando haya acuerdos que se concreten en beneficio de los trabajadores.<\/p>\n
