{"id":106785,"date":"2023-10-26T19:27:13","date_gmt":"2023-10-27T01:27:13","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/?p=106785"},"modified":"2023-10-26T19:30:12","modified_gmt":"2023-10-27T01:30:12","slug":"sindicalizados-del-poder-judicial-de-yucatan-podrian-ir-a-huelga","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/sindicalizados-del-poder-judicial-de-yucatan-podrian-ir-a-huelga\/","title":{"rendered":"Sindicalizados del Poder Judicial de Yucat\u00e1n podr\u00edan ir a huelga"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">La huelga de cientos trabajadores del Poder Judicial de Yucat\u00e1n para exigir que se cumplan sus derechos laborales sigue en pie.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Tanto el Sindicato \u00danico de Trabajadores del Poder Judicial como el Sindicato de Trabajadores al Servicio del Poder Judicial del Estado de Yucat\u00e1n anticiparon que seguir\u00e1n en pie de lucha, por lo que se reiter\u00f3 que este fin de semana se someter\u00e1 a consideraci\u00f3n de sus agremiados el inicio de la huelga.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Este fin de semana, se llevar\u00e1 a cabo una asamblea general extraordinaria en la que se consultar\u00e1n a los trabajadores para obtener la autorizaci\u00f3n de convocar a una huelga contra el Poder Judicial.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<h4><strong>Someter\u00e1n este fin de semana decisi\u00f3n de ir a huelga<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Ren\u00e1n Puc Ch\u00ed, l\u00edder del Sindicato \u00danico de Trabajadores del Poder Judicial, expres\u00f3 su confianza en que la mayor\u00eda de los trabajadores respaldar\u00e1 la medida de la huelga, dado el <span style=\"text-decoration: underline; color: #0000ff;\"><strong><a style=\"color: #0000ff; text-decoration: underline;\" href=\"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/sindicato-del-poder-judicial-denuncia-madruguete-a-trabajadores\/\">agotamiento de la situaci\u00f3n actual en el Poder Judicial<\/a><\/strong><\/span>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Una vez que se obtenga la aprobaci\u00f3n de la base trabajadora, se proceder\u00e1 conforme a las leyes establecidas y se presentar\u00e1 el caso ante el Tribunal de los Trabajadores al Servicio del Estado de Yucat\u00e1n, que determinar\u00e1 la fecha en que se llevar\u00e1 a cabo la huelga.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-106794\" src=\"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/10\/Sindicatos-Poder-judicial-de-Yucatan-scaled.jpg\" alt=\"Sindicato poder judicial Yucat\u00e1n\" width=\"614\" height=\"316\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">El proceso de aprobaci\u00f3n y planeaci\u00f3n de la huelga tiene un plazo de 10 d\u00edas, lo que sugiere que el paro de actividades podr\u00eda comenzar a principios de noviembre.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">El Poder Judicial enfrenta acusaciones de negar la otorgaci\u00f3n de bases, mantener condiciones laborales precarias y proporcionar salarios insuficientes.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Adem\u00e1s, no se han instalado las comisiones laborales y escalaf\u00f3n, lo que debi\u00f3 ocurrir en septiembre. Los sindicatos tambi\u00e9n est\u00e1n demandando que un bono anual sea obligatorio para los trabajadores y que se asigne presupuesto para aumentarlo.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Adem\u00e1s, se exige un aumento salarial digno, espec\u00edficamente del huelga, se espera que los juzgados permanezcan cerrados, aunque se garantizar\u00e1 la atenci\u00f3n para ciertos casos, que ser\u00e1 responsabilidad del personal no sindicalizado del Poder
