text-decoration: underline;\" href=\"http:\/\/iepac.mx\">Instituto Electoral y de Participaci\u00f3n Ciudadana (IEPAC)<\/a><\/strong><\/span> ejerci\u00f3 su facultad para presentar iniciativas ante el Congreso del Estado como resultado de consensos entre las fuerzas pol\u00edticas que la componen.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El diputado V\u00edctor Hugo Lozano Poveda, presidente de la Junta de Gobierno y Coordinaci\u00f3n Pol\u00edtica, explic\u00f3 que el Poder Ejecutivo propuso y se aprobaron reformas a la Constituci\u00f3n, al C\u00f3digo de la Administraci\u00f3n P\u00fablica y a la Ley del Poder Legislativo del Estado de Yucat\u00e1n en abril de este a\u00f1o.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-106808 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/10\/IEPAC-INICIATIVA-2-scaled.jpg\" alt=\"Iepac Iniciativa\" width=\"617\" height=\"390\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">El diputado destac\u00f3 que este proceso es un ejemplo de colaboraci\u00f3n y construcci\u00f3n en la comisi\u00f3n, donde se trabaj\u00f3 la iniciativa en conjunto para ampliar las facultades de los organismos aut\u00f3nomos como el Iepac, permiti\u00e9ndoles presentar iniciativas de ley o decretos ante el Congreso.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Asimismo, reconoci\u00f3 la disposici\u00f3n de todas las fuerzas pol\u00edticas en la Legislatura para llegar a acuerdos en beneficio de los yucatecos y el esfuerzo del IEPAC en la elaboraci\u00f3n de la iniciativa.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-106807 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/10\/IEPAC-INICIATIVA-1-scaled.jpg\" alt=\"Iepac Iniciativa\" width=\"614\" height=\"402\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;
