{"id":106928,"date":"2023-11-01T14:43:14","date_gmt":"2023-11-01T20:43:14","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/?p=106928"},"modified":"2023-11-01T15:58:52","modified_gmt":"2023-11-01T21:58:52","slug":"un-candidato-independiente-avanza-en-el-proceso-electoral","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/un-candidato-independiente-avanza-en-el-proceso-electoral\/","title":{"rendered":"Un candidato independiente avanza en el proceso electoral"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Solo uno de los siete ciudadanos presentaron su intenci\u00f3n de participar como candidatos independientes, logr\u00f3 pasar a la siguiente fase del proceso, seg\u00fan confirm\u00f3 el Instituto Electoral y de Participaci\u00f3n Ciudadana (Iepac).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El presidente del organismo, Mois\u00e9s Bates Aguilar, inform\u00f3 que se trata del ciudadano, Jos\u00e9 Francisco Marrufo Mat\u00fa, quien iniciar\u00e1 el proceso para la b\u00fasqueda de apoyo ciudadano y con la finalidad de acceder a la candidatura al gobierno del estado, para lo cual, debe presentar firmas iguales al 2% del padr\u00f3n electoral del estado, es decir, 35 mil personas.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-106929 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/11\/Moises-Bates-scaled.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"626\" height=\"352\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Se\u00f1al\u00f3 que ni el ciudadano, Edgar Alfredo Cano Brito, ni a las planillas de regidur\u00edas para los Ayuntamientos de Telchac Puerto, Hunucm\u00e1, Temax, M\u00e9rida y Tetiz lograron cumplir los requisitos marcados, por lo que no accedieron a la siguiente fase.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00abSencillamente, no cumplieron los requisitos. Hab\u00eda requisitos m\u00ednimos para cumplir en esta primera etapa, como constituir una agrupaci\u00f3n civil, crear una cuenta bancaria para efectos de fiscalizaci\u00f3n y el de tener una constancia ante el Registro de Contribuyentes y, pues, no acreditaron estos requisitos\u00bb, se\u00f1al\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Te interesa:\u00a0<a Yucat\u00e1n<\/a><\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Tambi\u00e9n cuestionaron al consejero electoral sobre el bajo n\u00famero de personas que logran acceder a una candidatura independiente.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En respuesta, el consejero indic\u00f3 que el Congreso del Estado debe revisar las disposiciones en la ley para determinar si es necesario flexibilizar los requisitos para las candidaturas independientes.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Afirm\u00f3 que, en el caso del Iepac, est\u00e1n inmersos en el proceso electoral y
