{"id":107072,"date":"2023-11-07T13:15:39","date_gmt":"2023-11-07T19:15:39","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/?p=107072"},"modified":"2023-11-07T13:15:39","modified_gmt":"2023-11-07T19:15:39","slug":"aprueban-convocatoria-para-elegir-presidente-de-la-codhey","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/aprueban-convocatoria-para-elegir-presidente-de-la-codhey\/","title":{"rendered":"Aprueban convocatoria para elegir presidente de la Codhey"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En sesi\u00f3n de la comisi\u00f3n de Derechos Humanos, las diputadas aprobaron por unanimidad el proyecto de convocatoria que invita a la sociedad civil, colegios y dem\u00e1s, a enviar las propuestas de candidatos y candidatas para designar a la presidenta o presidente de la Comisi\u00f3n de Derechos Humanos del Estado de Yucat\u00e1n (Codhey).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Previamente, la presidenta de la comisi\u00f3n diputada Jazm\u00edn Villanueva Moo inform\u00f3 a las diputadas sobre la recepci\u00f3n de oficios de parte de asociaciones, universidades y otros grupos de la sociedad civil organizada que solicitan la ratificaci\u00f3n del presidente de la Codhey. Estos documentos fueron distribuidos para su conocimiento.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-107073 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/11\/Presidente-Codhey-scaled.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"600\" height=\"338\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En la comisi\u00f3n se presentaron los proyectos de dictamen para reformar diversos art\u00edculos de la Ley de los Derechos de Ni\u00f1as, Ni\u00f1os y Adolescentes, de la Ley de la Comisi\u00f3n de Derechos Humanos y de la Ley de Transparencia y Acceso a la Informaci\u00f3n P\u00fablica del Estado, sobre desarrollo e inclusi\u00f3n de los j\u00f3venes en la vida p\u00fablica.<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Elaboraci\u00f3n de proyectos<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Como parte de los asuntos en cartera se solicit\u00f3 la elaboraci\u00f3n del proyecto de dictamen de la iniciativa para modificar y adicionar art\u00edculos a la Ley para la Protecci\u00f3n de los Derechos de los Adultos Mayores, para implementar un sistema permanente de apoyo e integraci\u00f3n social para las personas mayores; as\u00ed como a la fracci\u00f3n XIV al art\u00edculo 5 y reforma el art\u00edculo 6, en materia de envejecimiento digno.<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Te interesa:\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/la-codhey-se-capacita-en-mecanismos-de-resolucion-de-conflictos\/\">La Codhey se capacita en mecanismos de resoluci\u00f3n de conflictos<\/a><\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Tambi\u00e9n se continu\u00f3 con el an\u00e1lisis de la iniciativa para reformar art\u00edculos de la Constituci\u00f3n Pol\u00edtica de Yucat\u00e1n y de la Ley de la Comisi\u00f3n de Derechos Humanos del Estado.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Por \u00faltimo, se distribuy\u00f3 la iniciativa para modificar un segundo p\u00e1rrafo al art\u00edculo 31 Bis de la Ley de Tr\u00e1nsito y Vialidad del Estado en materia de PCD Auditiva y se solicit\u00f3 la elaboraci\u00f3n de un cuadro comparativo y una ficha
