medio ambiente.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Este espacio no solo alberga comercios, bancos y servicios administrativos, sino que tambi\u00e9n impulsa las artes esc\u00e9nicas a trav\u00e9s del programa \u00abImpulso a los Talentos\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ofrecen gratuitamente espacio, escenario, luces y mobiliario a grupos art\u00edsticos emergentes.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Pacheco Montero dijo que tambi\u00e9n que los retos en 2024 ser\u00e1n afrontados con capacidad y capacitaci\u00f3n constante por parte de sus locatarios.<\/p>\n<p
