href=\"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/avance-positivo-en-remodelacion-de-la-unidad-deportiva-del-sur\/\">Unidad Deportiva del Sur \u201cHenry Mart\u00edn\u201d<\/a><\/strong><\/span> avanzan a buen ritmo.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">El gobernador Mauricio Vila Dosal, acompa\u00f1ado por el director general del Idefeey, Luis Jorge Montalvo Duarte, y el director general del IDEY, Jorge Antonio Esteban Abud, Vila Dosal inspeccion\u00f3 la construcci\u00f3n en la colonia San Jos\u00e9 Tecoh.<\/span><\/p>\n<h4><strong>Inversi\u00f3n de 146 millones de pesos<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">La obra, con una inversi\u00f3n hist\u00f3rica estatal de 146 millones de pesos, incluye la construcci\u00f3n de canchas de b\u00e1squetbol, fut 5, fut 7, f\u00fatbol de sal\u00f3n, y tochito, adem\u00e1s de jaulas de bateo y un centro de usos m\u00faltiples con tableros, techo y gradas.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-108433 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/12\/UNIVERSIDAD-DEPORTIVA-DEL-SUR3-scaled.jpeg\" alt=\"unidad deportiva del sur\" width=\"620\" height=\"413\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">La modernizaci\u00f3n busca crear un espacio recreativo digno y de calidad para las familias de la zona, contribuyendo a la igualdad de todas las \u00e1reas de la ciudad.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-108431 aligncenter\" style=\"color: #000000;\">La Unidad Deportiva del Sur tambi\u00e9n contar\u00e1 con mayor iluminaci\u00f3n led y espacios m\u00e1s seguros.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">La rehabilitaci\u00f3n forma parte de un esfuerzo conjunto entre el Gobierno estatal y el Ayuntamiento de M\u00e9rida para transformar el sur de la ciudad, con una inversi\u00f3n total para la modernizaci\u00f3n de 23 parques y la Unidad Deportiva del Sur que supera los 180 millones de pesos.<\/span><\/p>\n<h4><strong>\u00bfQu\u00e9 obras realizan en la remodelaci\u00f3n?<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">La obra implica la modernizaci\u00f3n y ampliaci\u00f3n del gimnasio, \u00e1reas de boxeo, construcci\u00f3n de ba\u00f1os, \u00e1rea m\u00e9dica, bodega, sala de ajedrez y locales comerciales.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Tambi\u00e9n se rehabilitar\u00e1 el pasto de las canchas, se implementar\u00e1 un sistema de riego y nueva iluminaci\u00f3n led, y se instalar\u00e1n espacios con pasto sint\u00e9tico, juegos y aparatos de ejercicio.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-108432 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/12\/UNIVERSIDAD-DEPORTIVA-DEL-SUR2-scaled.jpeg\" alt=\"unidad deportiva del sur\" width=\"615\" height=\"410\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Asimismo, la <strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><span style=\"color: #0000ff; text-decoration: underline;\"><a style=\"color: #0000ff; text-decoration: underline;\" href=\"https:\/\/deporte.yucatan.gob.mx\/secciones\/ver\/del-sur\">Unidad Deportiva del Sur<\/a><\/span><\/span><\/strong> contar\u00e1 con 117 nuevos cajones de estacionamiento, acceso principal mejorado y un p\u00f3rtico de acceso posterior con caseta de vigilancia y \u00e1rea de bicicletas.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Se construir\u00e1n dos nuevas \u00e1reas de diversi\u00f3n para ni\u00f1os: un splash pad con zona techada y juegos acu\u00e1ticos, y una zona de diversiones extremas con tirolesa, ca\u00edda libre, brincol\u00edn, laberinto, pared para escalar y pista de carritos de pedales.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-108435 aligncenter\" toda la unidad, construcci\u00f3n de barda perimetral, instalaci\u00f3n de un sistema de voz y datos en las oficinas del SITE, aire acondicionado y un sistema de
