al Iepac investigaci\u00f3n exhaustiva por una queja de MC"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El Tribunal Electoral del Estado de Yucat\u00e1n (TEEY) instruy\u00f3 a la Unidad T\u00e9cnica de lo Contencioso Electoral del Instituto Electoral y de Participaci\u00f3n Ciudadana (Iepac) a realizar una investigaci\u00f3n exhaustiva relativa a una denuncia promovida por Movimiento Ciudadano en contra Ren\u00e1n Barrera.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Y es que el consejo general del Iepac desech\u00f3 la en contra del alcalde con licencia, del Ayuntamiento de M\u00e9rida, de Mauricio D\u00edaz Montalvo, del Partido Acci\u00f3n Nacional (PAN), por la comisi\u00f3n de uso de recursos p\u00fablicos y promoci\u00f3n de la imagen que inciden en la contienda electoral, violar los principios de imparcialidad y equidad, as\u00ed como actos anticipados de precampa\u00f1a o campa\u00f1a, y violaci\u00f3n al inter\u00e9s superior de la ni\u00f1ez.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-109389\" src=\"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/01\/TEEY_MC-scaled.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"768\" height=\"607\" srcset=\"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/01\/TEEY_MC-scaled.jpg 768w, https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/01\/TEEY_MC-1536x1213.jpg 1536w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 768px) 100vw, 768px\" \/><\/p>\n<h3>Reponer procedimiento de investigaci\u00f3n<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El magistrado Fernando Bolio consider\u00f3 fundados los agravios promovidos por MC, toda vez que la Unidad T\u00e9cnica no actu\u00f3 exhaustivamente, porque no se abordaron todas las infracciones denunciadas, aunado a que no se encuentra fundado y motivado.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">No tom\u00f3 en cuenta las particularidades de cada una de las infracciones se\u00f1aladas ni advirti\u00f3 la calidad de precandidato que ostentaba Barrera Concha, sino que se limit\u00f3 a calificarlo como ciudadano a efecto de desechar la denuncia.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Leer tambi\u00e9n: <\/strong><strong><a estado<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Otro punto a considerarse es que, en su investigaci\u00f3n, la Unidad T\u00e9cnica del Iepac se limit\u00f3 a considerar el evento posterior a la salida del denunciado de la sesi\u00f3n de Cabildo en la que le concedieron licencia como alcalde de M\u00e9rida, que se llev\u00f3 a cabo en la Plaza Grande.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En ese sentido, el Pleno del TEEY sentenci\u00f3 que se revoque el acuerdo impugnado y orden\u00f3 a la Titular de la Unidad T\u00e9cnica de lo Contencioso Electoral, que en plenitud de atribuciones, provea lo necesario a fin de realizar una investigaci\u00f3n preliminar exhaustiva, requiriendo a toda persona f\u00edsica o moral que pueda aportar elementos
