L\u00f3pez Toro<\/strong>, chofer del <strong>Va-y-Ven<\/strong> que perdi\u00f3 la vida tras la agresi\u00f3n de un sujeto que acosaba a una joven pasajera a bordo de la ruta Circuito Metropolitano, en M\u00e9rida.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-109775\" src=\"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/02\/Imagen-de-WhatsApp-2024-02-12-a-las-18.22.28_a7f3dc7b.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"720\" height=\"540\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Luis L\u00f3pez, hermano gemelo del fallecido, escribi\u00f3 un nuevo mensaje en redes sociales, ahora para pedirle al gobernador Mauricio Vila Dosal que no quede impune la muerte de su familiar.<\/p>\n<h3>Chofer del Va-y-Ven dejar en orfandad a hijo con discapacidad<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cSe\u00f1or gobernador la sociedad est\u00e1 pidiendo justicia que no quede impune el fallecimiento de mi hermano, dejando a su familia sin el sustento y con un hijo especial, por actuar de acuerdo a sus valores y la seguridad de su pasaje\u201d poste\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cPor eso se\u00f1or, gobernador le pido que tome cartas en el asunto y que le caiga todo el peso de la ley al que le ocasion\u00f3 dicho desenlace a mi hermano al cual ya nunca m\u00e1s lo ver\u00e1 su familia y en especial su hijo discapacitado\u201d a\u00f1adi\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El se\u00f1or L\u00f3pez Toro tambi\u00e9n pidi\u00f3 que no quede desamparada su cu\u00f1ada y sobrino.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-109774\" joven.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Mientras llamaba a la polic\u00eda, el atacante lo empuj\u00f3, el hombre cay\u00f3 y se golpe\u00f3 la cabeza con el pavimento caus\u00e1ndole lesiones situaci\u00f3n jur\u00eddica.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Al fallecer el conductor, la fiscal\u00eda yucateca se encuentra en condiciones de reclasificar el delito y acusarlo de
