href=\"https:\/\/www.inaipyucatan.org.mx\/transparencia\/\">Instituto de Transparencia, Acceso a la Informaci\u00f3n P\u00fablica y Protecci\u00f3n de Datos Personales (Inaip)<\/a><\/span><\/strong> confirm\u00f3 la aplicaci\u00f3n de multas en contra de sujetos obligados que incumplieron con no responder los cuestionamientos hechos por los ciudadanos.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Con un mensaje en lengua maya desde la m\u00e1xima tribuna del <strong><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><a style=\"color: #0000ff;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.congresoyucatan.gob.mx\/\">Congreso de Yucat\u00e1n<\/a><\/span><\/strong>, la presidenta del organismo, Gilda Segovia Chab, confirm\u00f3 la aplicaci\u00f3n de sanciones para los servidores p\u00fablicos que no cumplieron sus obligaciones de transparencia, entre estas, diversas multas.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00abEs as\u00ed que en el 2023 se aplicaron y ejecutaron 147 medidas de apremio en 145 expedientes, de las cuales 120 correspondieron a amonestaciones p\u00fablicas y 27 a multas a personas servidoras p\u00fablicas\u00bb, explic\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-110788 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/03\/Inaip-scaled.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"598\" height=\"337\" srcset=\"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/03\/Inaip-scaled.jpg 768w, https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/03\/Inaip-1536x864.jpg 1536w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 598px) 100vw, 598px\" \/><\/p>\n<h4><strong>Informe del Inaip<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Al rendir su informe anual de actividades, la comisionada del Inaip refiri\u00f3 que en el ejercicio 2023, se recibieron un total de 12 mil 416 solicitudes, la mayor\u00eda corresponden al derecho de acceso a la informaci\u00f3n, adem\u00e1s de que se inici\u00f3 mil 54 recursos de revisi\u00f3n, siendo los Ayuntamientos de M\u00e9rida y Kanas\u00edn, as\u00ed como la Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado fueron los sujetos obligados m\u00e1s recurridos durante el a\u00f1o 2023.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Precis\u00f3 que el instituto recibi\u00f3 205 denuncias ciudadanas en contra de 71 sujetos obligados que no contaban con informaci\u00f3n p\u00fablica, aunque en 40 ocasiones se determin\u00f3 dar vista a los \u00f3rganos de control interno de los sujetos obligados, por no actualizarse la informaci\u00f3n de difusi\u00f3n obligatoria.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ante esto, llam\u00f3 a las autoridades y entidades a cumplir con su labor de transparencia.<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Te datos personales, garantizando estos importantes derechos y cumpliendo con las leyes de transparencia y acceso a la informaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Remarc\u00f3 que en la actualidad, la privacidad de la poblaci\u00f3n se encuentra en riesgo y ante los retos cada vez m\u00e1s complejos derivados de los avances tecnol\u00f3gicos y la comunicaci\u00f3n digital, se necesitan instituciones especializadas, aut\u00f3nomas, que protejan los datos personales, y que garanticen con firmeza este
