que avance una nueva reforma judicial"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La secretaria general del Sindicato Progresista, Luisa In\u00e9s Mart\u00edn Puc, lament\u00f3 que avance una nueva reforma sobre la autonom\u00eda del Poder Judicial de Yucat\u00e1n y que no incluya la designaci\u00f3n de nuevos magistrados a trav\u00e9s de carrera judicial y examen de oposici\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En entrevista, Mart\u00edn expres\u00f3 que actualmente existen 52 jueces de primera instancia con experiencia, de donde podr\u00edan elegirse magistrados, pero lamentablemente no se contempl\u00f3 esta posibilidad.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-110897\" Comisiones del Congreso se aprob\u00f3 el proyecto de dictamen de la iniciativa, que establece que el Tribunal del Superior de Justicia designe a los futuros magistrados, no el gobernador.<\/p>\n<h3>Nueva reforma no garantiza mejores perfiles<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Mart\u00edn declar\u00f3 que esta modificaci\u00f3n no garantiza que los nuevos magistrados tengan el conocimiento adecuado para impartir justicia.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El Sindicato est\u00e1 a favor de que los magistrados se selecciones por carrera judicial y examen de oposici\u00f3n para garantizar perfiles id\u00f3neos.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Consider\u00f3 positiva la propuesta que se incluy\u00f3 en el dictamen sobre que ampliar el periodo de los jueces de control de 4 a 6 a\u00f1os, y que una vez que se les ratifique, sean inamovibles en los cargos.<\/p>\n<p>Leer tambi\u00e9n: <a
