{"id":111213,"date":"2024-04-01T14:52:38","date_gmt":"2024-04-01T20:52:38","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/?p=111213"},"modified":"2024-04-01T14:52:38","modified_gmt":"2024-04-01T20:52:38","slug":"iepac-recibe-quejas-por-actos-anticipados-de-campana","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/iepac-recibe-quejas-por-actos-anticipados-de-campana\/","title":{"rendered":"Iepac recibe quejas por actos anticipados de campa\u00f1a"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Los actos anticipados de campa\u00f1a han sido las quejas m\u00e1s recurrentes que han llegado hasta el <strong><span style=\"color: #3366ff;\"><a style=\"color: #3366ff;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.iepac.mx\/\">Instituto Electoral y de Participaci\u00f3n Ciudadana (Iepac)<\/a><\/span><\/strong> de Yucat\u00e1n, en lo que va del proceso de campa\u00f1as pol\u00edticas, de cara a la jornada electoral del 2 de junio.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El presidente del organismo, Mois\u00e9s Bates Aguilar, precis\u00f3 que estas llegaron en el momento cuando los aspirantes a alcald\u00edas y diputaciones locales no pod\u00edan pedir de manera directa el voto a los ciudadanos.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00abTenemos quejas presentadas por partidos pol\u00edticos y por ciudadanos, en su mayor\u00eda est\u00e1n destinadas a se\u00f1alar hechos de posibles actos anticipados de campa\u00f1a. Es decir, de las campa\u00f1as de diputados y regidores, no han iniciado, algunos consideran que unas personas ya salieron\u00bb, explic\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-109665 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/02\/IEPAC.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"603\" height=\"339\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Se inform\u00f3 que el Iepac tiene la responsabilidad de integrar los expedientes, realizar la investigaci\u00f3n correspondiente, y remitir las quejas al Tribunal Electoral de Yucat\u00e1n, instancia que analizar\u00e1 la informaci\u00f3n presentada y emitir\u00e1 una sentencia en torno a si se configura o no un delito electoral.<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Te interesa:\u00a0<a justify;\">Sobre el inicio de la campa\u00f1a abierta, que abarca a candidatos a alcald\u00edas y diputaciones locales, el tambi\u00e9n consejero electoral reiter\u00f3 el llamado a mantener un proceso limpio y apegado a la ley.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00abLo que podemos decir desde el instituto electoral es el mismo exhorto que hacemos a las candidatas y a los candidatos de ajustarse a la ley, de ser respetuosos, de tener campa\u00f1as propositivas que permitan a la ciudadan\u00eda ejercer su voto de manera informada y reflexionada\u00bb,
