{"id":112368,"date":"2024-05-02T13:36:29","date_gmt":"2024-05-02T19:36:29","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/?p=112368"},"modified":"2024-05-02T13:36:29","modified_gmt":"2024-05-02T19:36:29","slug":"proceso-avanza-para-tipificar-canasteo-como-delito","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/proceso-avanza-para-tipificar-canasteo-como-delito\/","title":{"rendered":"Proceso avanza para tipificar \u00abcanasteo\u00bb como delito"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En sesi\u00f3n de la <strong><span style=\"color: #3366ff;\"><a style=\"color: #3366ff;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.congresoyucatan.gob.mx\/comisiones\/4\">comisi\u00f3n de Justicia y Seguridad P\u00fablica<\/a><\/span><\/strong> solicitaron el proyecto de dictamen de la iniciativa para modificar el C\u00f3digo Penal del Estado en materia de sumisi\u00f3n qu\u00edmica o \u201ccanasteo\u201d, como se le conoce coloquialmente, a fin de tipificarlo como delito.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Entre las modificaciones de la iniciativa presentada por el diputado V\u00edctor Hugo Lozano Poveda, se contempla el aumentar de 5 a 7 a\u00f1os de prisi\u00f3n a quienes cometan este tipo de conductas presuntamente delictivas.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Para enriquecer la iniciativa se realizaron reuniones entre diversas agrupaciones y autoridades de salud para profundizar acerca del tema y se dieron a conocer propuestas, cifras y casos presentados relacionados con el canasteo.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Como parte de los asuntos en cartera, se solicit\u00f3 el proyecto de dictamen de la iniciativa para modificar el C\u00f3digo Penal en materia de incumplimiento de obligaciones de asistencia familiar.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-112369 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/05\/Canasteo-scaled.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"598\" height=\"337\" \/><\/p>\n<h4><strong>Art\u00edculos al C\u00f3digo Penal<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Tambi\u00e9n de la iniciativa para reformar el C\u00f3digo de Familia y la Ley de los Derechos de las Ni\u00f1as, Ni\u00f1os y Adolescentes en materia de supervisi\u00f3n y cuidado de las infancias y adolescencias.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Por \u00faltimo, se distribuy\u00f3 la iniciativa para reformar art\u00edculos del C\u00f3digo Penal en materia de delitos de violencia familiar contra el patrimonio.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Posteriormente, en la comisi\u00f3n de Puntos Constitucionales y Gobernaci\u00f3n se aprob\u00f3 los proyectos de dict\u00e1menes de las iniciativas para modificar la Constituci\u00f3n del Estado y la Ley de Fiscalizaci\u00f3n de la Cuenta P\u00fablica; y la que resuelve la solicitud de Sey\u00e9, relativo al pago de laudos.<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Te interesa:\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/legislatura-de-yucatan-promueve-leyes-para-seguridad-publica\/\">Legislatura de Yucat\u00e1n promueve leyes para seguridad p\u00fablica<\/a><\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Se continu\u00f3 con el an\u00e1lisis de las iniciativas para modificar la Ley de Catastro y para expedir la Ley de Coordinaci\u00f3n Metropolitana, Desarrollo Regional y Asociatividad Intermunicipal, ambas del Estado.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Tambi\u00e9n, se continuar\u00e1 con el an\u00e1lisis para modificar la Ley que crea el Instituto de Seguridad Jur\u00eddica Patrimonial de Yucat\u00e1n y la Ley de Gobierno de los Municipios.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En la comisi\u00f3n se distribuy\u00f3 la iniciativa para reformar la Constituci\u00f3n estatal en materia de austeridad republicana en las contribuciones municipales. Tambi\u00e9n se present\u00f3 a los diputados la iniciativa para expedir la Ley de la Coordinaci\u00f3n de Atenci\u00f3n de Ni\u00f1as, Ni\u00f1os y Adolescentes y las reformas a la Constituci\u00f3n, al C\u00f3digo de la Administraci\u00f3n P\u00fablica, a la Ley Org\u00e1nica del Poder Judicial, la de Gobierno de los Municipios, la de la Fiscal\u00eda General y la de la Comisi\u00f3n de Derechos
