{"id":112465,"date":"2024-05-04T15:00:20","date_gmt":"2024-05-04T21:00:20","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/?p=112465"},"modified":"2024-05-04T15:00:20","modified_gmt":"2024-05-04T21:00:20","slug":"acciones-de-vivienda-benefician-a-familias-vulnerables","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/acciones-de-vivienda-benefician-a-familias-vulnerables\/","title":{"rendered":"Acciones de vivienda benefician a familias vulnerables"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El Ayuntamiento refrenda su compromiso de apoyar a las personas m\u00e1s vulnerables, mediante acciones con visi\u00f3n humanista con el objetivo de fomentar el crecimiento parejo en todo el municipio.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Despu\u00e9s de 8 a\u00f1os, la se\u00f1ora Paula Caamal Pech y su familia, quienes viv\u00edan en condiciones vulnerables en una casa de dos habitaciones en la colonia de San Jos\u00e9 Tzal, ubicada al sur de la ciudad, recibir\u00e1n una acci\u00f3n de vivienda digna construida por el Ayuntamiento de M\u00e9rida.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En el marco de una supervisi\u00f3n del programa de Mejora de Vivienda, el Alcalde, <strong><span style=\"color: #3366ff;\"><a style=\"color: #3366ff;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/Alexruzcastro\/\">Alejandro Ruz Castro<\/a><\/span><\/strong> visit\u00f3 a Paula, destacando que el nuevo cuarto dormitorio y ba\u00f1o forman parte de la estrategia \u00abRezago Cero\u00bb. Este proyecto busca mejorar la calidad de vida de las familias m\u00e1s vulnerables y promover el desarrollo equitativo en el Municipio.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00abLa gran satisfacci\u00f3n de ayudar a las familias m\u00e1s necesitadas es la mejor recompensa que tenemos en el Ayuntamiento, pues estamos cambiando vidas de personas que durante a\u00f1os viv\u00edan en situaci\u00f3n vulnerable. Les estamos acercando los servicios b\u00e1sicos, entre los cuales est\u00e1 contar con vivienda digna\u00bb, expres\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-112466\" src=\"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/05\/Viviendas-dignas2-scaled.jpg\" alt=\"Acciones de vivienda benefician a familias vulnerables\" width=\"600\" height=\"338\" \/><\/p>\n<h4><strong>Rezago Cero<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El Presidente Municipal indic\u00f3 que el programa \u00abRezago Cero\u00bb se aplica de manera permanente en todas las zonas del Municipio, d\u00e1ndole prioridad a las m\u00e1s necesitadas, como aquellas ubicadas en la zona sur de la ciudad, as\u00ed como en las 47 comisar\u00edas.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Adem\u00e1s, Ruz Castro recalc\u00f3 que, para dar mayor transparencia a la aplicaci\u00f3n de los recursos p\u00fablicos, estas obras son autorizadas por el Comit\u00e9 de Participaci\u00f3n Ciudadana de las Obras del Fondo de Infraestructura Social Municipal (Ramo 33).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00abEste Comit\u00e9 nos permite dirigir de manera focalizada las acciones para atender las necesidades m\u00e1s apremiantes de la poblaci\u00f3n, llevando obras de agua potable, electrificaci\u00f3n, alumbrado p\u00fablico, mejora de vivienda y pavimentaci\u00f3n de calles\u00bb, se\u00f1al\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Al momento del arribo del Alcalde, la se\u00f1ora Paula expres\u00f3 su agradecimiento al Ayuntamiento por haberle dado la oportunidad de contar pr\u00f3ximamente con un nuevo espacio en su hogar que le permitir\u00e1 darle una vida digna a su familia.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-112467\" src=\"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/05\/Viviendas-dignas-scaled.jpg\" alt=\"Acciones de vivienda benefician a familias vulnerables\" width=\"600\" height=\"338\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00abMe siento contenta. Gracias a la acci\u00f3n humanitaria del ayuntamiento, hoy junto con mis hijos contamos con un verdadero hogar\u00bb, dijo.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Asimismo, la se\u00f1ora Paula comparti\u00f3 que desde hace 8 a\u00f1os en su casa viven 10 integrantes de la familia, entre los que se encuentran 4 de sus 6 hijos, as\u00ed como sus nietas y nietos.<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Te interesa:\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/reconocen-a-campeona-mundial-en-parataekwondo-jessica-garcia\/\">Reconocen a campeona mundial en parataekwondo, Jessica Garc\u00eda<\/a><\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00abSomos una familia de 10 personas, por eso solicit\u00e9 la ayuda de apoyo de vivienda. Nuestra situaci\u00f3n va a mejorar y por eso estoy muy contenta y agradecida\u00bb, relat\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Finalmente, la beneficiaria le pidi\u00f3 al Alcalde que este programa contin\u00fae llegando a las personas m\u00e1s humildes, pues gracias a su apoyo se mejoran sus condiciones y as\u00ed pueden vivir dignamente.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:
