Salim Marrufo, integrante de la agrupaci\u00f3n, enfatiz\u00f3 la lucha por la no desvinculaci\u00f3n de las familias y la necesidad de un legado correcto para sus hijos. \u00abEstamos peleando porque las familias no sean desvinculadas. Porque tengamos un legado correcto, el d\u00eda de ma\u00f1ana. Que podamos ver a los ojos a nuestros hijos y decirles: &#8216;yo no te fall\u00e9&#8217;. Eso es por lo cual, le pedimos a las autoridades que volteen a ver este tipo de movimientos\u00bb, expres\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-113696 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/06\/Protesta-padres-scaled.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"598\" height=\"337\" srcset=\"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/06\/Protesta-padres-scaled.jpg 768w, https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/06\/Protesta-padres-1536x864.jpg 1536w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 598px) 100vw, 598px\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En su segundo a\u00f1o, \u00abTodo x ti\u00bb ha servido de apoyo a madres, padres, abuelos y otras personas desvinculadas de sus hijos, se\u00f1alando inconsistencias en el funcionamiento del Centro de Convivencia Familiar de Yucat\u00e1n (Cecofay) y de la Procuradur\u00eda de Protecci\u00f3n de Ni\u00f1as, Ni\u00f1os y Adolescentes (<strong><span style=\"color: #3366ff;\"><a style=\"color: #3366ff;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.yucatan.gob.mx\/ciudadano\/ver_programa.php?id=130\">Prodennay<\/a><\/span><\/strong>). Seg\u00fan la agrupaci\u00f3n, estas instancias no garantizan adecuadamente los derechos de los menores a acceder a sus familias.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La agrupaci\u00f3n, compuesta por 100 miembros directos, ha realizado varias manifestaciones sin recibir respuesta a sus demandas. Se\u00f1alan que el Poder Judicial a menudo act\u00faa en contra de personas acusadas falsamente. Vanessa Nateli, madre desvinculada de su hijo, declar\u00f3: \u00abEl problema es la denuncia falsa. Hacen una denuncia, lo primero que hacen es desvincularte, ya despu\u00e9s que procede, se hace el procedimiento. Dos a\u00f1os y medio despu\u00e9s, no pas\u00f3 nada, pero sigues en el limbo\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00abTodo x ti\u00bb busca formalizar su ayuda mediante el registro como asociaci\u00f3n civil y continuar brindando apoyo a quienes enfrentan la desvinculaci\u00f3n familiar. Rodrigo Pinto, otro padre desvinculado, destac\u00f3 la aparente estrategia oficial de desvinculaci\u00f3n y la falta de inter\u00e9s superior del menor en muchas decisiones judiciales. \u00abLo hemos visto en diferentes casos, en diferentes expedientes, donde no necesitan tener pruebas o siquiera una sola. Te desvinculan de tus hijos y, ahora es pelear para intentar recuperarlos.
