#0000ff;\"><strong><a style=\"color: #0000ff; text-decoration: underline;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.merida.gob.mx\/municipio\/portal\/index.php\">municipio<\/a><\/strong><\/span> en M\u00e9xico en recibir el nombramiento de Ciudad por el Comercio Justo, otorgado por Ciudades y Pueblos por el Comercio Justo Latinoam\u00e9rica y el Caribe (CLAC), gracias a que el Ayuntamiento est\u00e1 comprometido con la aplicaci\u00f3n de estrategias que impulsen la econom\u00eda sustentable, el respeto al medio ambiente y la mejora de la calidad de vida de las familias, inform\u00f3 el alcalde Alejandro Ruz Castro.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Agreg\u00f3 que este reconocimiento no solo permite visibilizar la importancia de obtener precios justos para los productores y emprendedores del <span style=\"text-decoration: underline; color: #0000ff;\"><strong><a style=\"color: #0000ff; text-decoration: underline;\" href=\"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/tag\/merida\/\">Municipio<\/a><\/strong><\/span> al eliminar a los intermediarios, sino que tambi\u00e9n proporciona certeza a los compradores sobre el origen y los cuidados a favor del medio ambiente con los que se producen los alimentos que adquieren.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-113959 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/06\/COMERCIO-JUSTO-MERIDA-2-1-scaled.jpeg\" alt=\"comercio justo M\u00e9rida\" width=\"647\" height=\"431\" \/> \u00abNo cabe duda de que, trabajando juntos, logramos mayores beneficios para los productores locales y los artesanos, lo que constituye una forma de dignificar su trabajo, respetar el medio ambiente y fomentar una gesti\u00f3n responsable y sostenible de los recursos naturales en el municipio\u00bb, afirm\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Adem\u00e1s, Ruz Castro record\u00f3 que el gobierno municipal dio los primeros pasos para lograr el nombramiento con la firma de la declaratoria de la campa\u00f1a \u00abM\u00e9rida Ciudad Latinoamericana por el Comercio Justo\u00bb y la realizaci\u00f3n de la sesi\u00f3n de instalaci\u00f3n del Comit\u00e9 T\u00e9cnico por el \u00abComercio Justo en el Municipio de M\u00e9rida\u00bb, efectuadas en febrero pasado.<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Dar mayor visibilidad a peque\u00f1os productores<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Se\u00f1al\u00f3 que, al unirse M\u00e9rida como Ciudad Latinoamericana por el Comercio Justo, el Ayuntamiento refuerza sus acciones para brindar mayor visibilidad al gran esfuerzo de las organizaciones que trabajan por este objetivo, fortaleciendo a\u00fan m\u00e1s el compromiso con la justicia social y la sostenibilidad.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Mencion\u00f3 que, al conformarse el comit\u00e9, se inici\u00f3 un plan de acci\u00f3n para ofrecer mejores condiciones y oportunidades a los peque\u00f1os productores del municipio, como una labor de justicia y equidad social para lograr el crecimiento parejo de todos.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-113961 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/06\/COMERCIO-JUSTO-MERIDA-1-1-scaled.jpeg\" alt=\"comercio justo M\u00e9rida\" width=\"590\" height=\"393\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Destac\u00f3 que estas acciones se llevaron a cabo mediante el programa C\u00edrculo 47, en el cual se impulsa y mejora la sostenibilidad de las actividades agropecuarias de las comisar\u00edas de M\u00e9rida, mediante la vinculaci\u00f3n de los productores a mercados justos.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-113960 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/06\/COMERCIO-JUSTO-MERIDA-3-1-scaled.jpeg\" alt=\"comercio justo M\u00e9rida\" width=\"650\" height=\"433\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En cuanto a la CLAC, precis\u00f3 que es una organizaci\u00f3n codue\u00f1a del sistema Fairtrade International y la red de Ciudad Latinoamericana por el Comercio Justo, que representa a cerca de 1,000 organizaciones certificadas en Comercio Justo en 23 pa\u00edses de Am\u00e9rica Latina y el Caribe.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Finalmente, dijo que, hasta el d\u00eda de hoy, M\u00e9rida ser\u00eda la primera ciudad en M\u00e9xico en unirse a esta red al cumplir con una serie de requisitos que incluyen la promoci\u00f3n de las ventas de
