style=\"text-align: justify;\">Carlos Francisco Vi\u00f1as Heredia, director del Instituto de Vivienda de Yucat\u00e1n (IVEY), se\u00f1al\u00f3 que cada a\u00f1o m\u00e1s familias de Estados Unidos, Canad\u00e1, Europa y del propio M\u00e9xico eligen a Yucat\u00e1n como su nuevo hogar.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-114498\" justify;\">\u00abEstas personas se enamoran de Yucat\u00e1n\u00bb, afirm\u00f3 Vi\u00f1as, atribuyendo este fen\u00f3meno a la seguridad de la regi\u00f3n, sus atractivos tur\u00edsticos, gastron\u00f3micos y arqueol\u00f3gicos, as\u00ed como a su posici\u00f3n como centro regional de educaci\u00f3n y salud.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En el marco del Smart City Expo Latam Congress, el funcionario precis\u00f3 que esta presi\u00f3n demogr\u00e1fica se concentra en M\u00e9rida y 13 municipios aleda\u00f1os, que en conjunto albergan el 60% de la poblaci\u00f3n de Yucat\u00e1n.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Con 1.4 millones de habitantes permanentes, la zona puede alcanzar hasta 2 millones si se incluye la poblaci\u00f3n flotante semanal.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ante este escenario, Vi\u00f1as abog\u00f3 por una zona metropolitana equilibrada, proponiendo la distribuci\u00f3n de proyectos industriales hacia las siete regiones principales del estado para desconcentrar la actividad econ\u00f3mica de la capital.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Adem\u00e1s, sugiri\u00f3 impulsar el concepto de \u00abciudades de 15 minutos\u00bb, promoviendo barrios autosuficientes que reduzcan la necesidad de desplazamientos largos.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-114495\"
