{"id":115186,"date":"2024-08-07T12:16:14","date_gmt":"2024-08-07T18:16:14","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/?p=115186"},"modified":"2024-08-07T12:16:14","modified_gmt":"2024-08-07T18:16:14","slug":"alertan-sobre-sindrome-del-cuello-de-texto-en-yucatan","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/alertan-sobre-sindrome-del-cuello-de-texto-en-yucatan\/","title":{"rendered":"Alertan sobre S\u00edndrome del Cuello de Texto en Yucat\u00e1n"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Hoy en d\u00eda que el uso de dispositivos electr\u00f3nicos forma parte la vida cotidiana de j\u00f3venes y adultos, el Instituto Mexicano del Seguro Social (<strong><span style=\"color: #3366ff;\"><a style=\"color: #3366ff;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.imss.gob.mx\/\">IMSS<\/a><\/span><\/strong>) en Yucat\u00e1n orienta sobre complicaciones que pueden registrarse en la salud causados por el uso prolongado del tel\u00e9fono m\u00f3vil como lo es el S\u00edndrome del Cuello de Texto.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El especialista en Medicina Familiar, doctor Julio Francisco Hern\u00e1ndez Carrillo, indic\u00f3 que el uso excesivo de dispositivos electr\u00f3nicos puede llegar a generar problemas relacionados con la postura y la columna vertebral, ya que, al mantener el cuello flexionado para mirar la pantalla de tabletas o celulares, crea una tensi\u00f3n que con el tiempo puede generar consecuencias.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El S\u00edndrome de Cuello de Texto es un trastorno provocado por la posici\u00f3n hacia delante y hacia abajo de la cabeza, cuello y hombros por mucho tiempo, a causa del uso excesivo de dispositivos m\u00f3viles, y que puede llegar a provocar la modificaci\u00f3n de la curva natural de la columna cervical y ocasionar dolores de cabeza o migra\u00f1as, aparici\u00f3n de contracturas musculares acompa\u00f1adas de rigidez y dolor en la zona del cuello y hombros, as\u00ed como dolor e inflamaci\u00f3n de la columna vertebral.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-115187\" src=\"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/08\/Sindrome-de-cuello-de-texto-scaled.jpeg\" alt=\"Alertan sobre S\u00edndrome del Cuello de Texto en Yucat\u00e1n\" width=\"501\" height=\"473\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Cabe se\u00f1alar que, si este tipo de postura y h\u00e1bito contin\u00faa de manera constante y no es corregida, puede llegar a desencadenar, a largo plazo, problemas m\u00e1s complejos, como: alteraciones musculares y nerviosas cervicales, artrosis temprana y p\u00e9rdida de la capacidad de volumen pulmonar, por ello es importante tomar medidas para prevenir y corregir esta afecci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Algunas recomendaciones para prevenir y evitar el Cuello de Texto son:<\/strong><\/h4>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Evitar en la medida de lo posible el uso prolongado de dispositivos electr\u00f3nicos.<\/li>\n<li>Elevar el dispositivo a la altura de los ojos en lugar de bajar la cara.<\/li>\n<li>Tomar descansos regulares durante su uso.<\/li>\n<li>Realizar movimientos regulares de las articulaciones del cuello y hombros.<\/li>\n<li>Empujar levemente hacia atr\u00e1s la barbilla y los hombros.<\/li>\n<li>Utilizar la computadora en lugar del celular siempre que sea posible.<\/li>\n<li>Hacer ejercicio para fortalecer la musculatura encargada de sostener la columna.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Es importante que, al registrar alg\u00fan s\u00edntoma recurrente o el deterioro de la salud, se acuda a valoraci\u00f3n por el personal m\u00e9dico, para poder descartar o diagnosticar de manera oportuna, as\u00ed como recibir el tratamiento que corresponda a su caso.<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Te interesa:\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/curcuma-y-pimienta-negra-el-duo-dinamico-para-tu-salud\/\">C\u00farcuma y pimienta negra: el d\u00fao din\u00e1mico para tu salud<\/a><\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cEn las Unidades de Medicina Familiar se cuenta con doctores y equipos multidisciplinarios, para brindar tratamiento a los s\u00edntomas generados por esta afecci\u00f3n, de igual forma, en caso de requerirlo, los pacientes pueden ser canalizados al segundo nivel de atenci\u00f3n para seguimiento\u201d, agreg\u00f3 el doctor Hern\u00e1ndez Carrillo.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Finalmente, se reitera que, aunque no se tengan s\u00edntoma o molestias, es fundamental realizarse un chequeo m\u00e9dico preventivo, m\u00ednimo una vez al a\u00f1o, para ello, el Seguro Social cuenta con los M\u00f3dulos PrevenIMSS donde se realizan pruebas y muchas otras acciones dise\u00f1adas para salvaguardar el bienestar de cada uno de los grupos de edad.
