con el CCE previo a tercer informe"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">En el marco del Tercer Informe de Gobierno Municipal, el alcalde Alejandro Ruz Castro se reuni\u00f3 con las y los integrantes del Consejo Coordinador Empresarial (CCE) para exponer el impulso de programas estrat\u00e9gicos que apoyaron y consolidaron la econom\u00eda de j\u00f3venes, amas de casa, productores del campo, emprendedores, entre otros sectores de la poblaci\u00f3n.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u00abPor la pandemia, la mayor demanda de la sociedad fue el rubro econ\u00f3mico; lo que para nosotros fue la pauta para redoblar esfuerzos, con una serie de programas innovadores; complementados con acciones integrales y apoyos en materia de educaci\u00f3n, obras p\u00fablicas, vivienda, sustentabilidad, entre muchos otros, para dar respuesta a las y los meridanos\u00bb, expres\u00f3.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline; color: #0000ff;\"><strong><a style=\"color: #0000ff; text-decoration: underline;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.merida.gob.mx\">Precis\u00f3 que el Ayuntamiento<\/a><\/strong><\/span>, mediante el Centro Municipal de Emprendedores, impuls\u00f3 a m\u00e1s de 16 mil personas para la consolidaci\u00f3n de sus negocios, lo cual fue posible con la impartici\u00f3n de mentor\u00edas, capacitaci\u00f3n especializada y financiamiento para el desarrollo de sus proyectos de negocios.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-115299 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/08\/CCE-ALEJANDRO-RUZ-1-scaled.jpeg\" alt=\"Alejandro Ruz\" width=\"649\" height=\"403\" srcset=\"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/08\/CCE-ALEJANDRO-RUZ-1-scaled.jpeg 768w, https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/08\/CCE-ALEJANDRO-RUZ-1-356x220.jpeg 356w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 649px) 100vw, 649px\" \/> <span style=\"color: #000000;\">Adem\u00e1s, abund\u00f3, con el programa \u00abMi Primer Cr\u00e9dito\u00bb brindamos facilidades para que las y los j\u00f3venes accedan a un financiamiento que les permita realizar sus ideas y emprendimientos, por medio de un respaldo financiero de 20 mil pesos.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">En el evento realizado en el Sal\u00f3n de Presidentes de la Canacintra Yucat\u00e1n, donde estuvo el Presidente saliente del CCE, Levy Abraham Macari, Ruz Castro se\u00f1al\u00f3 que de manera simult\u00e1nea se apoy\u00f3 con cr\u00e9ditos dirigidos a las micro y peque\u00f1as empresas por medio del programa Micromer, con el que se otorgaron m\u00e1s de 10 millones de pesos en cr\u00e9ditos a 119 microempresas de colonias y comisar\u00edas.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-115300 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/08\/CCE-ALEJANDRO-RUZ-2-scaled.jpeg\" alt=\"Alejandro Ruz\" width=\"648\" height=\"432\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u00abAnte la necesidad de crecimiento de estos negocios, vimos que era necesario aumentar el monto del cr\u00e9dito, surgiendo as\u00ed el programa complementario \u00abMacromer\u00bb, que otorga un financiamiento de hasta 350 mil pesos\u00bb, acot\u00f3.<\/span><\/p>\n<h4><strong>Programa \u00abC\u00edrculo 47\u00bb<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Destac\u00f3 que, en el rubro del campo, se dise\u00f1\u00f3 el programa estrat\u00e9gico \u00ab<span style=\"text-decoration: underline; color: #0000ff;\"><strong><a style=\"color: #0000ff; text-decoration: underline;\" href=\"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/tag\/circulo-47\/\">C\u00edrculo 47<\/a><\/strong><\/span>\u00ab, que permite a las y los beneficiarios ofrecer directamente sus productos a los consumidores, dando impulso al mercado justo y la promoci\u00f3n de productos locales en espacios consolidados, as\u00ed como en ferias y eventos efectuados expresamente para este fin.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">El Presidente Municipal manifest\u00f3 que la recuperaci\u00f3n econ\u00f3mica tambi\u00e9n se consider\u00f3 impulsar acciones enfocadas a recuperar al sector tur\u00edstico, lo cual se logr\u00f3 con la creaci\u00f3n del Corredor Gastron\u00f3mico y Tur\u00edstico de la calle 47.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-115301 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/08\/CCE-ALEJANDRO-RUZ-3-scaled.jpeg\" alt=\"Alejandro Ruz\" width=\"633\" height=\"400\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">De igual manera, destac\u00f3 como uno de los logros m\u00e1s importantes la pavimentaci\u00f3n de todas las calles al interior del Anillo Perif\u00e9rico de M\u00e9rida; esto como parte de la Declaraci\u00f3n M\u00e9rida 2050 \u00abTrabajando Juntos\u00bb, que se firm\u00f3 con el Gobierno del Estado.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Durante la reuni\u00f3n, el Alcalde inform\u00f3 que en el rubro M\u00e9rida M\u00e1s Segura, se mantuvo y mejor\u00f3 el programa \u00abGuardaparques\u00bb, que ahora cuenta con 153 elementos en 200 espacios p\u00fablicos, se continu\u00f3 con el programa DARE y se cre\u00f3 el programa \u00abPolic\u00eda Educativa en Tu Comunidad\u00bb.<\/span><\/p>\n<h4><strong>Trabajo conjunto entre sociedad civil y empresariado<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u00abPero todas estas acciones no habr\u00edan sido posibles sin el trabajo en conjunto con la sociedad civil y con el empresariado que, como un solo equipo, impuls\u00f3 al Ayuntamiento a realizar m\u00e1s y mejores programas para todas y todos los habitantes del Municipio\u00bb, resalt\u00f3.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Por su parte, Claudia Gonz\u00e1lez G\u00f3ngora, Presidenta de la C\u00e1mara Nacional de la Industria Restaurantera delegaci\u00f3n Yucat\u00e1n (CANIRAC), agradeci\u00f3 al Alcalde por el apoyo brindado a este sector a trav\u00e9s de programas que beneficiaron tanto a restaurantes como a comensales.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u00abEl Corredor Tur\u00edstico y Gastron\u00f3mico de la calle 47 es un ejemplo de un gran programa, pues desde su puesta en marcha ha permitido la creaci\u00f3n de 1,500 empleos directos e indirectos en el sector de restaurantes, que tambi\u00e9n ha generado una mayor oferta para los visitantes locales, nacionales y extranjeros\u00bb, acot\u00f3.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Finalmente, Luis Gerardo Gonz\u00e1lez Morales, Presidente de la C\u00e1mara Nacional de la Industria del Vestido delegaci\u00f3n Yucat\u00e1n (CANAIVE) destac\u00f3 que gracias al trabajo coordinado del sector empresarial y el Ayuntamiento de M\u00e9rida surgieron programas que mejoraron los productos de muchas empresas, ya que a trav\u00e9s del Centro Municipal de Emprendedores, la CANAIVE pudo brindar el servicio del laboratorio de fotograf\u00eda de productos que benefici\u00f3 a muchos emprendedores.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Acompa\u00f1aron al Alcalde, Alejandro Gomory Mart\u00ednez, nuevo presidente del CCE; Alejandro Guerrero Lozano, Index Yucat\u00e1n; Sergei L\u00f3pez Cant\u00f3n, presidente de CANADEVI; Luis A.
