Enfatiz\u00f3 la cultura del esfuerzo como base para la superaci\u00f3n, as\u00ed como la unidad y la paz social como pilares fundamentales.<\/p>\n<p class=\"x_MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00abPr\u00e1cticamente iniciamos de cero. No tenemos oficinas, pero pronto sabr\u00e1n de nosotros porque haremos ruido\u00bb, afirm\u00f3 L\u00f3pez Murillo, anunciando que recorrer\u00e1 los 106 municipios del estado para aglutinar a los trabajadores interesados en este proyecto de conciliaci\u00f3n y mejoramiento social.<\/p>\n<p class=\"x_MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-115360 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/08\/SINDICATO-YUCATAN-2-scaled.jpeg\" alt=\"sindicato Yucat\u00e1n\" width=\"634\" height=\"437\" srcset=\"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/08\/SINDICATO-YUCATAN-2-scaled.jpeg 768w, https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/08\/SINDICATO-YUCATAN-2-218x150.jpeg 218w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 634px) 100vw, 634px\" \/>La ceremonia de toma de protesta se llev\u00f3 a cabo en el Hotel Mes\u00f3n de la Luna y cont\u00f3 con la presencia del l\u00edder nacional del STTECCIMM, Juan Carlos Talavera Garc\u00eda, quien fue el encargado de tomar la protesta al nuevo dirigente estatal.<\/p>\n<p class=\"x_MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">Por su parte, Talavera Garc\u00eda inform\u00f3 que esta es la representaci\u00f3n n\u00famero 27 que inicia en el pa\u00eds, tras dos a\u00f1os de creaci\u00f3n del sindicato, contando actualmente con 25 mil agremiados de diversas actividades. Reconoci\u00f3 a Yucat\u00e1n como un estado pac\u00edfico, amable y segura, factores que atraen a nuevos residentes.<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Fortalecer lazos sindicales<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p class=\"x_MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">El l\u00edder nacional subray\u00f3 que la filosof\u00eda del gremio es fortalecer los lazos sindicales entre el trabajador y el sector privado, promoviendo la conciliaci\u00f3n, mejores condiciones laborales y crecimiento econ\u00f3mico.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-115361 size-full\" del pa\u00eds.<\/p>\n<p class=\"x_MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00abLa capacitaci\u00f3n, la superaci\u00f3n es fundamental, as\u00ed como la unidad entre el trabajador y el sector privado\u00bb, resalt\u00f3 Talavera Garc\u00eda.<\/p>\n<p class=\"x_MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">Entre los asistentes destacados se encontraba tambi\u00e9n Francisco Quintero Ramos, secretario del Trabajo y Vivienda del Comit\u00e9 Ejecutivo Nacional del sindicato, as\u00ed como otros invitados relevantes del \u00e1mbito sindical y
