Concejos Municipales antes de 31 de agosto"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La diputada, Carmen Gonz\u00e1lez Mart\u00edn, inform\u00f3 sobre la necesidad de nombrar los Concejos Municipales antes del 31 de agosto para garantizar el orden y la certeza a la sociedad para el correcto funcionamiento de los municipios donde queden firmes las sentencias de la anulaci\u00f3n de los comicios.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En sesi\u00f3n de la comisi\u00f3n de Puntos Constitucionales y Gobernaci\u00f3n, se continu\u00f3 con el an\u00e1lisis de los oficios enviados por el Tribunal Electoral del Estado relativos a los recursos de inconformidad en los que se declara la nulidad de la elecci\u00f3n de integrantes de los ayuntamientos de <strong>Chichimil\u00e1, Izamal, Hunucm\u00e1 y Progreso<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-115522\" src=\"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/08\/Imagen-de-WhatsApp-2024-08-21-a-las-17.21.52_85b632e0-scaled.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"768\" height=\"523\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En entrevista, el diputado V\u00edctor Hugo Lozano Poveda explic\u00f3 que, en este sentido, la facultad para conformar los Concejos la tiene el Legislativo, es decir, se realiza la propuesta a la comisi\u00f3n de Puntos Constitucionales y Gobernaci\u00f3n de las personas que integrar\u00edan los consejos, se dictaminar\u00eda y posteriormente, se aprueba en el Pleno del <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.congresoyucatan.gob.mx\/\">Congreso del Estado<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Leer tambi\u00e9n: <\/strong><strong><a responsabilidad para dar no solo gobernabilidad, sino tambi\u00e9n estado de derecho a cada comuna\u201d, dijo.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Lozano Poveda se\u00f1al\u00f3 que, hasta el momento, se tendr\u00eda que presentar la propuesta de los Concejos para los cuatro municipios, en lo que se tiene la resoluci\u00f3n de los tribunales.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:
