el\u00a0<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.yucatan.gob.mx\/\">Gobierno del Estado<\/a><\/strong> destac\u00f3 las acciones realizadas para acercar la salud a las familias de Yucat\u00e1n.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En ese sentido, se impuls\u00f3 la modernizaci\u00f3n y equipamiento de los 140 Centros de Salud de toda la entidad, los cuales ya ofrecen servicios gratuitos para la poblaci\u00f3n que antes no estaban disponibles.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-115836\" src=\"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/09\/Imagen-de-WhatsApp-2024-09-03-a-las-12.19.48_65fc5136-scaled.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"768\" height=\"512\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Se anunci\u00f3 la <a href=\"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/anuncian-el-lanzamiento-de-la-tarjeta-universal-de-salud\/\"><strong>Tarjeta Universal de Salud<\/strong><\/a>, a trav\u00e9s de la cual, por primera vez y de forma hist\u00f3rica, y para dar a conocer esto, los Asistentes del Pueblo visitan a las familias casa por casa para entregar una gu\u00eda de este programa, dar a conocer los beneficios y solicitando datos para afiliar a la poblaci\u00f3n para que puedan disfrutar de prestaciones de manera gratuita.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Mejor\u00f3 la atenci\u00f3n m\u00e9dica en Yucat\u00e1n<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Para garantizar la atenci\u00f3n m\u00e9dica oportuna para todas las personas de todos los municipios, se crearon dos programas elementales para acercar los servicios de salud que son M\u00e9dico 24\/7, el cual ofrece atenci\u00f3n de calidad en todos los rincones del estado a fin de que la gente no tenga que trasladarse fuera de sus comunidades para acceder a esos servicios<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Con el programa \u00abM\u00e9dico a Domicilio\u00bb, las mujeres embarazadas, personas con discapacidad, adultos mayores o postrados en cama, que presentan dificultades para desplazarse a un Centro de Salud\u00a0 reciben consultas externas.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Es de resaltar que es la primera ocasi\u00f3n en la historia de Yucat\u00e1n que se est\u00e1n construyendo 3 hospitales nuevos al mismo tiempo, por lo que, a trav\u00e9s de labores conjuntas con la Secretar\u00eda de la Defensa Nacional (Sedena) est\u00e1 haciendo el nuevo Hospital O\u2019Hor\u00e1n, asimismo, como resultado de las gestiones de Vila Dosal, se recuper\u00f3 y se est\u00e1 concluyendo el Hospital General de Ticul para dar la atenci\u00f3n que se merece a la gente del sur de la entidad, y se est\u00e1 edificando el Hospital Naval en el Puerto de Progreso, con el que se atender\u00e1 a elementos de la Marina y a la poblaci\u00f3n civil de la zona.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Asimismo, se ampliaron las salas de espera en los hospitales de Valladolid y Tizim\u00edn.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>En un recuento de resultados, se destaca que, por
