Al realizar la transacci\u00f3n, la m\u00e1quina comenz\u00f3 a emitir ruidos extra\u00f1os y, para su sorpresa, nunca se imprimi\u00f3 el comprobante del dep\u00f3sito. Desesperada, alcanz\u00f3 a ver c\u00f3mo los billetes se atoraban en el interior del cajero antes de que la pantalla anunciara que el equipo estaba fuera de servicio.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Desde ese d\u00eda, Flora ha enfrentado un calvario para recuperar su dinero. Ha pasado horas en llamadas con el servicio de atenci\u00f3n a clientes, visitado sucursales de BBVA en m\u00faltiples ocasiones, y a\u00fan no ha recibido una respuesta satisfactoria por parte del banco. En su desesperaci\u00f3n, acudi\u00f3 a la Comisi\u00f3n Nacional de Defensa de Usuarios Financieros (<strong><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><a style=\"color: #0000ff;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.condusef.gob.mx\/\">Condusef<\/a><\/span><\/strong>) para interponer una queja formal, esperando encontrar alguna soluci\u00f3n a su problema.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-115840 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/09\/Cajero-automatico-scaled.jpeg\" alt=\"\" width=\"600\" height=\"338\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Adem\u00e1s, la empresa de traslado de valores Cometra, encargada de la operaci\u00f3n y mantenimiento del cajero, se encuentra bajo escrutinio, ya que los custodios afirmaron no haber encontrado ning\u00fan billete atorado ni excedentes en el cajero en cuesti\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Flora S\u00e1nchez contin\u00faa su lucha por recuperar su dinero, mientras que BBVA y Cometra a\u00fan no han dado una soluci\u00f3n clara, prolongando su angustia y la falta de respuesta ante una situaci\u00f3n que
