El Consejo Coordinador Empresarial de Yucat\u00e1n hizo un llamado a los senadores para que abran una discusi\u00f3n profunda sobre la reci\u00e9n aprobada reforma al Poder Judicial, con el fin de garantizar una versi\u00f3n final que proteja los derechos de los mexicanos y mantenga la integridad de las instituciones. La organizaci\u00f3n empresarial destac\u00f3 la importancia de realizar las modificaciones necesarias para asegurar que el sistema judicial contin\u00fae siendo imparcial y ajeno a cualquier influencia pol\u00edtica.<\/p>\n

Este 4 de septiembre, la C\u00e1mara de Diputados aprob\u00f3 esta reforma en medio de cr\u00edticas por la falta de un debate exhaustivo. Seg\u00fan el Consejo Coordinador, la reforma fue aprobada por una legislatura que no fue la encargada de recibir ni analizar la iniciativa en comisiones, lo que ha generado inquietudes sobre la transparencia del proceso legislativo.<\/p>\n

Entre las principales preocupaciones se\u00f1aladas por el Consejo Coordinador Empresarial se encuentran la falta de claridad en el proceso de selecci\u00f3n y ratificaci\u00f3n de jueces, el cual, seg\u00fan su posicionamiento, carece de los mecanismos necesarios para garantizar la independencia del Poder Judicial. Asimismo, advierten sobre los riesgos de que se erosione la confianza p\u00fablica en el sistema judicial si no se establecen controles adecuados, lo que podr\u00eda abrir la puerta a la corrupci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n

En riesgo protecci\u00f3n de los derechos<\/strong><\/h4>\n

Adem\u00e1s, el organismo empresarial resalt\u00f3 que esta reforma pone en riesgo la protecci\u00f3n de los derechos fundamentales, ya que la justicia no debe ser objeto de manipulaciones pol\u00edticas ni partidistas. Si los jueces no cuentan con la autonom\u00eda suficiente para actuar sin presiones externas, los principios de equidad y justicia podr\u00edan verse gravemente comprometidos.<\/p>\n

El Consejo tambi\u00e9n expres\u00f3 su preocupaci\u00f3n por las posibles repercusiones econ\u00f3micas, subrayando que la incertidumbre respecto a la imparcialidad de los jueces podr\u00eda desalentar la inversi\u00f3n en M\u00e9xico, lo que a su vez afectar\u00eda la creaci\u00f3n de empleos.<\/p>\n
