{"id":116147,"date":"2024-09-18T19:28:06","date_gmt":"2024-09-19T01:28:06","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/?p=116147"},"modified":"2024-09-19T07:21:34","modified_gmt":"2024-09-19T13:21:34","slug":"compareceran-ante-el-congreso-antes-del-cambio-de-gobierno","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/compareceran-ante-el-congreso-antes-del-cambio-de-gobierno\/","title":{"rendered":"Comparecer\u00e1n ante el Congreso antes del cambio de gobierno"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El Congreso de Yucat\u00e1n estableci\u00f3 el mecanismo mediante el cual se realizar\u00e1 la glosa del \u00faltimo informe de gobierno de la actual administraci\u00f3n estatal.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En sesi\u00f3n plenaria, los <span style=\"text-decoration: underline; color: #0000ff;\"><strong><a style=\"color: #0000ff; text-decoration: underline;\" href=\"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/tag\/congreso-de-yucatan\/\">35 legisladores<\/a><\/strong><\/span> aprobaron por unanimidad la realizaci\u00f3n de cuatro sesiones de trabajo, de las cuales dos ser\u00e1n comparecencias de funcionarios y las otras dos se dedicar\u00e1n a evaluar lo planteado por los titulares de las dependencias estatales.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Para ello, se citar\u00e1 a los titulares de la Secretar\u00eda de Seguridad P\u00fablica, la Secretar\u00eda General de Gobierno, la Consejer\u00eda Jur\u00eddica, el Isstey, as\u00ed como a las Secretar\u00edas de Salud, de Educaci\u00f3n, de Administraci\u00f3n y Finanzas, de Fomento Econ\u00f3mico y Trabajo, de Desarrollo Social y de Desarrollo Rural.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-116148 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/09\/GLOSA-2024-CONGRESO-YUCATAN-1-scaled.jpg\" alt=\"Glosa Congreso Yucatan 2024\" width=\"616\" height=\"410\" \/> El pr\u00f3ximo martes 24 de septiembre se llevar\u00e1 a cabo el primer bloque de comparecencias, en el que se abordar\u00e1n los rubros de seguridad, gobierno y estado de derecho. En el segundo bloque, se tratar\u00e1 el rubro de desarrollo humano.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El 26 de septiembre, en el primer bloque de comparecencias, se revisar\u00e1n los rubros de desarrollo econ\u00f3mico y territorial, mientras que el segundo bloque se centrar\u00e1 en desarrollo social y rural.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Los funcionarios tendr\u00e1n un tiempo determinado para exponer sus temas y, posteriormente, habr\u00e1 rondas de preguntas y respuestas con los legisladores.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Las sesiones de resultados se realizar\u00e1n los d\u00edas 25 y 27 de septiembre, en las que solo se abordar\u00e1n temas relacionados con la glosa.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-116149 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/09\/GLOSA-2024-CONGRESO-YUCATAN-2-scaled.jpg\" alt=\"Glosa Congreso Yucatan 2024\" width=\"636\" height=\"423\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">De igual manera, <span style=\"text-decoration: underline; color: #0000ff;\"><strong><a style=\"color: #0000ff; text-decoration: underline;\" href=\"http:\/\/www.congresoyucatan.gob.mx\">el pleno del Legislativo<\/a><\/strong><\/span> aprob\u00f3 el dictamen de la Comisi\u00f3n de Puntos Constitucionales sobre la realizaci\u00f3n de elecciones extraordinarias en los municipios de Izamal y Chichimil\u00e1.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La jornada electoral se llevar\u00e1 a cabo el 24 de noviembre, y las autoridades electas asumir\u00e1n funciones el 1 de enero de 2025. El Instituto Electoral y de Participaci\u00f3n Ciudadana (IEPAC) ser\u00e1 el encargado de organizar ambos procesos.<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Toma de protesta de \u00abHuacho\u00bb D\u00edaz Mena<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Adem\u00e1s, las y los diputados aprobaron por unanimidad el decreto del Bando Solemne que declara gobernador constitucional del estado libre y soberano de Yucat\u00e1n a Joaqu\u00edn D\u00edaz Mena.<\/p>\n<p>La toma de compromiso se llevar\u00e1 a cabo el lunes 30 de septiembre a las 23:00 horas en la Plaza Grande del Centro Hist\u00f3rico de M\u00e9rida, mediante una Sesi\u00f3n Solemne ante el Congreso del Estado y la sociedad yucateca.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>En la \u00faltima semana de la
