{"id":116159,"date":"2024-09-19T13:28:25","date_gmt":"2024-09-19T19:28:25","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/?p=116159"},"modified":"2024-09-19T14:17:05","modified_gmt":"2024-09-19T20:17:05","slug":"puerto-de-altura-de-progreso-y-ciudad-ucu-impulsaran-desarrollo","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/puerto-de-altura-de-progreso-y-ciudad-ucu-impulsaran-desarrollo\/","title":{"rendered":"Puerto de altura de Progreso y &#8216;Ciudad Uc\u00fa&#8217; impulsar\u00e1n desarrollo"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">A finales de este a\u00f1o estar\u00e1 listo el proyecto y la primera licitaci\u00f3n para la ampliaci\u00f3n del Puerto de Altura de Progreso, donde el gobierno estatal invertir\u00e1 mil millones de pesos, mientras que el gobierno federal y la iniciativa privada aportar\u00e1n 7,500 millones de pesos.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">As\u00ed lo adelant\u00f3 el gobernador electo, <strong><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><a style=\"color: #0000ff;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/huachodiazmena\/?locale=es_LA\">Joaqu\u00edn \u201cHuacho\u201d D\u00edaz Mena<\/a><\/span><\/strong>, durante su participaci\u00f3n en la Convenci\u00f3n Nacional Index 49, realizada en el Centro Internacional de Congresos.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En su ponencia, titulada \u00abAlcances del Plan Renacimiento Maya\u00bb, D\u00edaz Mena destac\u00f3 que este proyecto es solo una parte del plan integral para impulsar el desarrollo de Yucat\u00e1n. Tambi\u00e9n mencion\u00f3 \u00abCiudad Uc\u00fa\u00bb, un moderno polo del bienestar que incluir\u00e1 una zona habitacional con 10 mil viviendas econ\u00f3micas y una zona industrial, abarcando en total 3 mil hect\u00e1reas. Este proyecto contar\u00e1 con infraestructura completa de servicios como agua y electricidad.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-116160 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/09\/Ciudad-Ucu-scaled.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"598\" height=\"337\" \/><\/p>\n<h4><strong>Ciudad Uc\u00fa: Zona habitacional e industrial<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00abCiudad Uc\u00fa\u00bb ser\u00e1 parte de un gran complejo que se conectar\u00e1 con el \u00e1rea industrial de Hunucm\u00e1, fortaleciendo la red de infraestructura y contribuyendo a reducir la pobreza y la desigualdad en el estado. El plan tambi\u00e9n contempla la creaci\u00f3n de cinco nuevas universidades en diferentes puntos de Yucat\u00e1n.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">D\u00edaz Mena resalt\u00f3 adem\u00e1s la modernizaci\u00f3n de la zona metropolitana de M\u00e9rida mediante el anillo metropolitano, cuya primera etapa conectar\u00e1 la estaci\u00f3n del Tren Maya en Um\u00e1n con Progreso, atravesando uno de los polos de bienestar anunciados por el gobierno federal.
