Constituci\u00f3n Estatal para reconocer la salud mental como un derecho humano, con el prop\u00f3sito de crear pol\u00edticas p\u00fablicas que garanticen acceso a servicios de calidad y campa\u00f1as educativas para prevenir trastornos y eliminar el estigma social.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-116806\" 2048w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 768px) 100vw, 768px\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El coordinador de la fracci\u00f3n, Gaspar Quintal, destac\u00f3 que Yucat\u00e1n ocupa la segunda tasa m\u00e1s alta a nivel nacional en cuanto a personas que se quitaron la vida por s\u00ed mismas, con un total de 339 casos en 2023, una ligera disminuci\u00f3n en comparaci\u00f3n con los 366 casos del a\u00f1o anterior.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Las estad\u00edsticas del\u00a0<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.inegi.org.mx\/\">Instituto Nacional de Estad\u00edstica y Geograf\u00eda<\/a><\/strong> (INEGI), analizadas por el PRI, revelan que entre 2018 y 2023 se reportaron 1,435 hombres y 315 mujeres que se quitaron la vida por s\u00ed mismos, siendo la mayor\u00eda de los casos en M\u00e9rida.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El grupo parlamentario hizo \u00e9nfasis en que las edades m\u00e1s comunes de las personas que decidieron quitarse la vida oscilan entre los 22 y 33 a\u00f1os.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Los casos m\u00e1s frecuentes fueron entre personas de 31 a\u00f1os, con 68 casos, seguidos por quienes ten\u00edan 28 a\u00f1os (66 casos) y aquellos de 24 y 26 a\u00f1os (61 casos cada uno).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Estos datos indican que la poblaci\u00f3n joven es particularmente vulnerable a este problema.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Ver la salud mental como un Derecho Humano<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El PRI subray\u00f3 la necesidad de atender la salud mental como un derecho humano fundamental.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Afirmaron que la salud mental no debe verse solo como la ausencia de trastornos, sino como un estado de bienestar emocional, psicol\u00f3gico y social.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Esto implica una capacidad adecuada para manejar el estr\u00e9s, establecer relaciones sociales sanas y enfrentarse a los desaf\u00edos de la vida cotidiana.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Te puede interesar: <\/strong><strong><a mental.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Sin embargo, se reconoci\u00f3 que a\u00fan necesita mejoras para adaptarse a las necesidades de los diferentes grupos de edad.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Adem\u00e1s, se destac\u00f3 la importancia de actualizar la Ley de Salud Mental de 2018 y de crear un marco normativo m\u00e1s
