{"id":117416,"date":"2024-11-18T11:42:23","date_gmt":"2024-11-18T17:42:23","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/?p=117416"},"modified":"2024-11-18T11:42:23","modified_gmt":"2024-11-18T17:42:23","slug":"capacitacion-en-derecho-penal-fortalece-servicio-ciudadano","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/capacitacion-en-derecho-penal-fortalece-servicio-ciudadano\/","title":{"rendered":"Capacitaci\u00f3n en Derecho Penal fortalece servicio ciudadano"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Personal del <strong><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><a style=\"color: #0000ff;\" href=\"https:\/\/poderjudicialyucatan.gob.mx\/\">Poder Judicial del Estado<\/a><\/span><\/strong> participa desde este fin de semana en el curso \u201cActualizaci\u00f3n en materia penal, proceso penal acusatorio y ejecuci\u00f3n de penas\u201d, el cual se imparte de manera presencial y en l\u00ednea, como parte de la capacitaci\u00f3n continua que se ofrece a los servidores p\u00fablicos judiciales.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Es por ello que desde el pasado s\u00e1bado y hasta el pr\u00f3ximo 8 de febrero de 2025, m\u00e1s de 70 trabajadores, entre t\u00e9cnicos judiciales, asistentes legales, asistentes administrativos y analistas del \u00e1rea penal de primera instancia se preparan, con el objetivo de ampliar sus conocimientos de los elementos del delito, las etapas del proceso penal acusatorio y su aplicaci\u00f3n en los procesos jurisdiccionales. Adem\u00e1s de los servidores judiciales de M\u00e9rida, tambi\u00e9n intervienen, de manera virtual, los de Tekax y Valladolid.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En total los participantes completar\u00e1n 55 horas de capacitaci\u00f3n, una vez por semana. El curso se lleva a cabo los s\u00e1bados de 8:30 a 13:30 horas en el Centro de Instituciones Operadoras del Sistema Penal Oral y Acusatorio (Ciospa), ubicado al sur de esta ciudad, y es coordinado por la Comisi\u00f3n de Desarrollo Humano del Consejo de la Judicatura y la Escuela Judicial.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-117417 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/11\/Poder-Judicial-capacitacion-scaled.jpeg\" alt=\"\" width=\"597\" height=\"336\" \/><\/p>\n<h4><strong>Capacitaci\u00f3n fortalece justicia y profesionalismo judicial<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Al respecto, Renata Mercedes Lara Pat, quien labora en el Juzgado Primero de Control, resalt\u00f3 la importancia de este tipo de cursos, puesto que la labor que realizan todos los d\u00edas aporta un granito de arena a la sociedad y estar en constante capacitaci\u00f3n les ayuda a mejorar el servicio de impartici\u00f3n de justicia que se brinda.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cEste tipo de capacitaciones son provechosas para cualquier profesionista del Derecho, estar en constante crecimiento profesional y que sea tan sencillo adquirir estos conocimientos, nos gusta mucho. La ciudadan\u00eda merece que los servidores judiciales sean los mejores, nosotros estamos buscando la excelencia en ellos, hay una nueva generaci\u00f3n y eso nos obliga a prepararnos de manera
