prepara para convertirse en un nuevo atractivo tur\u00edstico tras quedar expuesto por un derrumbe ocurrido en agosto de este a\u00f1o.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El incidente, provocado aparentemente por el reblandecimiento del terreno, provoc\u00f3 el hundimiento de una ceiba de m\u00e1s de 30 metros en el cuerpo de agua, dejando al cenote visible y accesible para su estudio.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El alcalde de Valladolid, Homero Novelo Burgos, destac\u00f3 que, a ra\u00edz del derrumbe, se est\u00e1 evaluando la posibilidad de desarrollar el sitio como un destino tur\u00edstico.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cSe est\u00e1 haciendo el an\u00e1lisis, se est\u00e1 haciendo la revisi\u00f3n de los accesos para poder socializarlo con la comunidad y que lejos de ser un evento de mal presagio, podamos capitalizarlo y que sea un atractivo m\u00e1s\u201d, explic\u00f3 el edil, quien subray\u00f3 la importancia de involucrar a los habitantes de Xoc\u00e9n en el proceso.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-117481 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/11\/Cenote-Xocen-scaled.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"595\" height=\"335\" \/><\/p>\n<h4><strong>Sin evidencias de vestigios en la zona<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El derrumbe de la b\u00f3veda del cenote dej\u00f3 al descubierto este impresionante cuerpo de agua subterr\u00e1neo, por lo que las autoridades acordonaron el \u00e1rea para realizar diversos estudios de seguridad.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Especialistas del Instituto Nacional de Antropolog\u00eda e Historia (<strong><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><a style=\"color: #0000ff;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.inah.gob.mx\/\">INAH<\/a><\/span><\/strong>) llevan a cabo una revisi\u00f3n detallada para determinar si existen vestigios arqueol\u00f3gicos en la zona.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Seg\u00fan el informe preliminar, no se han encontrado evidencias de vestigios, lo que abre la puerta al siguiente paso: la
