la modernizaci\u00f3n del Puerto de Progreso y la instalaci\u00f3n de un astillero en Yucat\u00e1n no ser\u00e1n r\u00e1pidas ni sencillas, reconoci\u00f3 el gobernador <strong><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><a style=\"color: #0000ff;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/huachodiazmena\/?locale=br_FR\">Joaqu\u00edn D\u00edaz Mena<\/a><\/span><\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00abNo son <strong>pepitas y cacahuates<\/strong>\u00ab, dijo, refiri\u00e9ndose a la magnitud del proyecto y la complejidad de los acuerdos que deben alcanzarse.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-117802\" src=\"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/12\/Imagen-de-WhatsApp-2024-12-04-a-las-12.54.38_af58b151-scaled.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"768\" height=\"505\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Las negociaciones con la compa\u00f1\u00eda, que implican una inversi\u00f3n de <strong>2,800 millones de pesos<\/strong> y la creaci\u00f3n de <strong>4,000 empleos<\/strong> directos e indirectos, avanzar\u00e1n de manera gradual, seg\u00fan el mandatario.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El <strong>16 de diciembre de 2024<\/strong>, una delegaci\u00f3n de Fincantieri visitar\u00e1 Yucat\u00e1n para continuar con las conversaciones, junto con autoridades de la Secretar\u00eda de Marina y el gobierno estatal, con el fin de definir las condiciones espec\u00edficas para la implementaci\u00f3n del proyecto.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El gobernador explic\u00f3 que la inversi\u00f3n no solo abarca la construcci\u00f3n del astillero, sino tambi\u00e9n el dragado del puerto y la creaci\u00f3n de una plataforma de <strong>80 hect\u00e1reas<\/strong>, un paso clave para posicionar al Puerto de Progreso como un centro log\u00edstico y mar\u00edtimo de relevancia internacional.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Durante su reciente visita a Italia, el gobernador D\u00edaz Mena y su equipo sostuvieron reuniones con representantes de Fincantieri y otros actores del sector mar\u00edtimo, en un esfuerzo por adaptar las mejores pr\u00e1cticas internacionales a las necesidades de Yucat\u00e1n.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El mandatario destac\u00f3 que el proceso de negociaci\u00f3n ser\u00e1 largo y detallado, pues involucra cuestiones t\u00e9cnicas y log\u00edsticas complejas que deben ser cuidadosamente evaluadas antes de llegar a un acuerdo final.<\/p>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Presupuesto 2025 y ajustes a recursos municipales<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En cuanto al presupuesto estatal para 2025, el gobernador abord\u00f3 los ajustes realizados a los recursos destinados a los municipios, aclarando que no se trata de recortes, sino de una regularizaci\u00f3n en funci\u00f3n de los ingresos federales.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00abLos ajustes no son lo mismo que recortes\u00bb, afirm\u00f3, asegurando que los municipios recibir\u00e1n los recursos que les corresponden por ley y que se espera un incremento en las participaciones municipales para el pr\u00f3ximo a\u00f1o, superior a la inflaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">D\u00edaz Mena explic\u00f3 que los dep\u00f3sitos realizados durante 2024 se ajustaron en noviembre debido a variaciones en la recaudaci\u00f3n, pero que se espera que las transferencias en diciembre superen las de noviembre, alcanzando niveles cercanos a los estimados inicialmente.<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Te interesa:\u00a0<a 2025<\/strong>, lo que se traducir\u00e1 en un aumento de m\u00e1s de <strong>2,000 millones de pesos<\/strong> para \u00e1reas clave como educaci\u00f3n, infraestructura, salud y seguridad.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Destac\u00f3 que el presupuesto del estado priorizar\u00e1 la mejora de la infraestructura educativa y el fortalecimiento del sistema IMSS-Bienestar, buscando garantizar
