href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/huachodiazmena\">Joaqu\u00edn D\u00edaz Mena<\/a><\/strong>, confirm\u00f3 que har\u00e1 uso de la mitad del empr\u00e9stito que le hered\u00f3 la administraci\u00f3n anterior para aportar 1,500 millones de pesos a las obras de ampliaci\u00f3n del puerto de altura de Progreso.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El mandatario estatal inform\u00f3 que los trabajos de dragado del canal de navegaci\u00f3n y la ampliaci\u00f3n de la plataforma, que ser\u00e1 de 80 hect\u00e1reas, concluir\u00e1n hasta el 2027.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-117859\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ante el\u00a0<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/confirma-sheinbaum-7-mil-millones-de-pesos-para-progreso\/\">anuncio del gobierno federal<\/a><\/strong> de incluir a Progreso entre los seis puertos que se modernizar\u00e1n en el sexenio de la presidenta Claudia Sheinbaum se dio a conocer que en Yucat\u00e1n se erogar\u00e1n 7,900 millones de pesos.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">De ese total, 1,500 millones de pesos ser\u00e1n aportados por el gobierno del estado y 525 por el sector privado.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>\u00bfQu\u00e9 pas\u00f3 con el empr\u00e9stito?<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El gobierno del Mauricio Vila logr\u00f3 que el Congreso del Estado apruebe, incluso con el voto de Morena, un empr\u00e9stito de 3,063 millones de pesos para la obra.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Sin embargo, los trabajos de modernizaci\u00f3n no iniciaron porque la Secretar\u00eda de Marina no ced\u00eda los derechos al gobierno yucateco para utilizar la terminal remota y ampliarla.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En su momento, la administraci\u00f3n saliente asegur\u00f3 que el cr\u00e9dito bancario se pagar\u00eda solo ya que la deuda quedar\u00eda saldada con los ingresos por el establecimiento de empresas mar\u00edtimas en la zona ampliada del puerto de altura.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En septiembre pasado, a las autoridades yucatecas le cedieron los derechos para el uso el puerto de altura, pero todo se fren\u00f3 por la transici\u00f3n gubernamental en la Federaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Vila Dosal solicit\u00f3 una pr\u00f3rroga para que el empr\u00e9stito se mantenga activo y se deposit\u00f3 en un fideicomiso.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ahora se sabe que la mitad del financiamiento \u201ccongelado\u201d se utilizar\u00e1 y, de ser necesario, los restantes 1,563 millones de pesos se destinar\u00e1n a alguno de los megaproyectos del plan \u201cRenacimiento Maya\u201d.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cDe ser necesario los usaremos para otras
